- Pick-up Service Area: We offer complimentary pick-up service for customers located within the following area: East to Hangzhou East Railway Station; South to the intersection of Fuxing Road and Zihua Road; West to Gudang Bus Station; North to Dengyun Road. Free pick-up service is not available in areas including Xiasha, Linping, Binjiang, and Xiaoshan. If you need to go beyond these areas, additional charges will apply. The specific amount will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service team after the order is confirmed.
Schedule: Standard departure is around 9:00 AM. The trip usually ends around 5:00 PM, and we will take you back to your hotel. However, your needs are the most important, and the time can be adjusted flexibly. You can negotiate the best departure time with customer service after booking. During peak holidays, we recommend departing early to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable trip.
Service Duration Reminder: Please note that our overall service duration is controlled to approximately 8 hours. If you exceed this time, you will need to pay an overtime fee. We will communicate and confirm the specific details with you in advance.
