Horizon Dinner Cruise along the Chao Phraya River by Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok

We got great pleasure and are very glad that we chose this particular cruise to celebrate our birthday. Everything is great, from a meeting at a 5 * hotel, to an unexpected and pleasant surprise from the staff in the form of a song with a guitar “Happy Birthday”. The dinner was delicious and varied. The views are amazing. Recommended for a romantic date.

The Shangri-La dinner boat was booked at kLook before leaving for Bangkok. It is really the same as the one recommended by everyone. The service or meals are more than five-star recommended. People who want to propose and holiday can book this. It is really great. At the beginning of our booking, there were waiters all the way to pay attention to our dynamic sailing. When the ship sailed to the special site of the Great Temple of the Reclining Buddha, Zheng Wang Temple, etc., he would come over to tell us and take the initiative to help us take a photo. A small bouquet of rosettes and two glasses of alcoholic beverages (without alcohol) to us and wish us a happy anniversary. When we disembarked, all the service staff said goodbye to the guests one by one. When we saw us, we wished us a happy wedding anniversary. It ’s really romantic.

It was the best experience! The crew's service was excellent, and being able to see the fireworks display made for wonderful family vacation memories. If I come to Bangkok again, I would love to board the ship again.

Unlike other boats, there are no noisy performances, suitable for travelers who want to have a good meal and enjoy the night view of the river on the deck. In addition, it is free for children under 5 years old, unlike other boats that are over 4 years old, there is a fee. The boat is quiet, and is accompanied by the Shangri-La Hotel. Good choice for families with small children.

Nice environment, atmosphere and service. However food quality is just average and the variety was limited. Manager offered 2 mocktails after knowing that we came to celebrate our wedding ceremony. 💓

We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and able to see the sights and bright lights along the Chao Phraya river. However, drinks were extra and quite expensive. A bottle of mineral water cost ~300 Baht (including taxes).

I am ambitious to book my trip with my mom, and the result was great. The hotel was so beautiful and the staff was very friendly 😻

Very leisurely, the boat is beautiful, clean, and the food types are not many, but they are pretty good. The seafood has shrimp and green mouth.

It was good food. I had a good seat and kindly serviced. Indoors can be noisy as there are many family units, but after eating enough food, they could come out. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere.
