Good to know
- The tour guide will notify you of the meeting time and location via SMS or phone call by 21:00 the day before your departure. Please be sure to arrive on time to avoid delaying the itinerary of other guests. We will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. If you do not receive notification from the tour guide by 21:00, please call the travel agency promptly. Thank you!
- As tourists arrive via different transportation methods, such as trains, high-speed trains, and airplanes, the travel agency will arrange schedules flexibly based on the arrival times of tourists. There may be situations where you need to wait for the tour guide. Tourists who arrive early will have free time to explore the Confucius Temple without a tour guide. We ask for your understanding and cooperation with the tour guide's arrangements. In principle, the unified meeting time will be no later than 13:00 noon. If everyone can be picked up earlier, the tour will begin earlier.
- On weekends and holidays, traffic restrictions will be in place in the West Lake Scenic Area. Except for buses, other vehicles are prohibited from entering the West Lake Scenic Area. You will need to transfer to a bus to enter the scenic area (bus fare is included). We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
- The Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum is closed above the Lingmen every Monday, and visits require reservations 30 days in advance. Group tours for individual tourists cannot plan and list names one month in advance. If the mausoleum is closed on Monday, the reservation is unsuccessful, or the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum limits the number of daily reservations and entry is not possible, the tour will be changed to Xuanwu Lake. The tour guide can flexibly adjust the itinerary according to the time. Thank you for your understanding.
- In the event of statutory holidays or Nianhua Bay having major conferences or major events with full occupancy, tight group room availability, or the scenic area being closed, to ensure the trip proceeds, we will arrange for you to stay in a 5-star equivalent hotel outside the scenic area, with no refund or compensation.
- The Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum Scenic Area is large. In order not to affect tourists' tour time, you can voluntarily choose to take the small transportation within the scenic area according to your personal physical strength. This is not a recommended optional activity. If you need to take it, the round-trip fare is 20 yuan/person at your own expense.
- The flowering period of the Brahma Flower Sea in Nianhua Bay is greatly affected by weather conditions and is subject to the actual flowering situation!
- In the event of statutory holidays, Wuzhen having major conferences or major events, the Wuzhen Internet Conference, or peak tourist season with full group occupancy, or the scenic area being closed, to ensure the trip proceeds, adjustments will be made to hotels outside the scenic area or in Tongxiang of the same level, with no refund or compensation. Thank you for your understanding.
- When registering, please be sure to inform us of the details if you are a person with a record of untrustworthiness. If a tourist is a person with a record of untrustworthiness but did not inform the travel agency in advance when registering for the tour, the actual losses incurred (air tickets, room fees, car fees, tour guide fees, etc.) due to the guest's inability to depart due to their untrustworthy status shall be borne by the guest.
- During the tour, some scenic spots, restaurants, rest areas and other places have shopping venues such as shopping malls. The above places are not designated shopping places arranged by the travel agency. The company reminds tourists to consume rationally according to their needs and ask for necessary receipts. If consumption disputes arise, please bear the relevant responsibilities and obligations yourself. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
- During the tour, our company does not assume guardianship of children and tourists over 60 years old. Tourists should take good care of their personal valuables. In the event of theft, robbery, or loss, our company is obliged to assist tourists in finding or reporting the case and other corresponding remedial measures, but does not assume compensation and related responsibilities.
