- When placing your order, please be sure to provide the identification information of all travelers so that we can assist you in booking your cruise and bamboo raft tickets. You will need to present identification before boarding.
- Please be sure to leave a contact method. Accommodations for a group of 3 will be in a triple room or with an extra bed. Accommodations for a group of 5 will be 1 standard room + 1 triple room (or with an extra bed).
- On the first day, pick-up will be from hotels in the downtown Guilin area, with a departure time around 7:45 AM. Customer service and the driver will contact you in advance.
- Yulong River bamboo raft tickets can only be purchased on the online platform before 8:00 PM the day before departure and it is not possible to specify the dock. You can usually choose one of the following four docks: Shui'edy, Fuliqiao, Jinlongqiao, or Jima.
- During major holidays such as Labor Day (May 1st) and National Day (October 1st), the waiting time at Yulong River bamboo raft docks and Xingping docks is very long. To ensure your travel experience, our customer service will coordinate the order and timing of your itinerary with you after you make your reservation.
- If the Li River experiences flooding or insufficient water levels, the cruise company will suspend navigation, and we will notify you in advance.
- The Chinese-speaking driver only provides pick-up and drop-off services and assistance with purchasing tickets. They will not accompany guests on tours and cannot enter scenic areas. If you require a Chinese-English tour guide, please consult customer service.
