I had such an amazing experience with this tour package—definitely one of the best I’ve had in South Korea! Our tour guide, Xander Kim, was incredibly kind and friendly. He really made the trip special by sharing tons of interesting information about the area and its history. I’ll always cherish this unforgettable adventure!

Unforgettable Snow Trip Experience This tour was an unforgettable experience! The entire process was seamless, from booking to the actual trip. The website was easy to navigate, and the confirmation emails and tickets were clear and detailed. The sheep ranch and Mt Balwasan we visited was beautiful and majestic The transportation provided was punctual and comfortable, and it made the journey from the city to the tour spoy very smooth. I was also impressed with the staff who were friendly and helpful, making sure everyone was safe and had a great time. Overall, I had an amazing time, and I would definitely book another trip in the future!

It was a unique small tour group experience (7 tourists) with our tour guide, Sander! We toured in a big car to various beautiful snowy locations and it felt like a road trip than a normal tour which I enjoyed a lot as it was comfortable & did not feel as rushed as big group tours. Sander was a friendly, patient and warm tour guide who guided us throughout the trip, sharing insights into the places & about Korea. Would definitely recommend this tour if you are looking to go to those places!!

I highly recommend this tour! Firstly you get added into a group on chat application… for us, I guess everyone in the group uses WhatsApp so the operator communicated with us as a group there adding the tourguide too! They provided / reminded us with info of the tour again a day before. Pick up location for all and time was all reconfirmed a day before too! it was very attentive and organised on their end! Sander the tour guide introduced himself firstly via the chat then picked all of us up on time! with no delays at all, we were on our way to our first stop! the entire tour was fun! it was very cold though… but as expected as it is December and we were also reminded that temperature could drop below to -20! it didn’t but it was still freeeezing cold… we wdid a mini hike which was very pleasant and then we went to the sheep ranch! the sheeps were so big! you can pay 1000 won to feed them hay too. After that, we went for lunch! lunch was also tasty! we then went to cable car up the mountain… that was so much fun! the drive there and back was sooo long but Sander was very patient, he was always smiley, a very happy, friendly and positive tour guide! He actually made the entire tour very enjoyable hence I highly recommend this tour! ask for this tour guide too! He is fluent in English, Korean and Mandarin! he is highly knowledgeable about the history of Korea and we learnt a lot of Korean culture and traditions from him! good job Sander and thank you Klook for this amazing tour!

If you're looking for a tour where you can experience the beauty of Korea's winter, please choose this one! Our guide, Xander, was very friendly and thorough in his knowledge of the history of Korea, as well as the places we visited. Our itinerary had us going to Odaesan Millbridge first. This hike was especially thrilling to me, as I had never seen snow, and the scenery was just stunning. Xander was also very good at taking photos of our group! We also stopped for lunch at a restaurant with beautiful food that nourished us before our hike to Woljeonsa Temple. Here we learned about the history of Buddhism in Korea, and had some free time to wander and reflect in nature. I'd also like to thank our driver for taking us everywhere safely. I could not have asked for a better way to spend my last day of 2024!

It was a great trip! We are happy to have a really nice tour guide Chuck Park to introduce the places and take care of us. He provided us different warm stuffs and support which is appreciated. Also the arrangement of the tour is satisfied and great.

We really do enjoy the trip here, the schedule is in time, the tour guide (Xander Kim) is really nice, friendly, and really well mannered. The transfer process is really good, the vehicle that we use is really clean and comfortable. The restaurant and the food choice for local food is also really delicious. It’s so worth it to do the trip and make memories here ❤️

Went as a family of 3. We really enjoyed ourselves. Pick up was seamless at myeong dong subway exit 10. Our guide, Sander, was awesome. He is knowledgeable and shared with us information on South Korea and the places we visited. My family happened to take the cable car up and down the mountain with Xander and we had a terrific conversation with him. The sheep ranch was more of a short hike than looking a sheep. The scenery was fantastic though. As for the mountain, it was cold and windy when we reached the submit. The kid had fun playing with the leftover snow along the trail.

I really enjoyed the trip here thanks to our caring and thoughful guide Mr Chuck Park! Honestly worth the trip here embracing the cold and eating tasty Osam-Bulgogi!
