How long will we stay at each attraction?
The time spent at each attraction is completely up to you, as long as it’s within your reserved service hours. Feel free to adjust your schedule based on your preferences. The driver will coordinate with you on the day to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip. Please note that admission tickets are not included in the price — for more details, check the package description.
What items are included and excluded in the fees?

When will the operator provide the driver and car information after the booking is confirmed?
The operator will provide the driver information via email 1-3 day before the travel departure date (KST).
What are the operation hours for this activity?
The time you choose (5/10 hours) is flexible, but service ends at 8:00 PM. After that, additional charges will apply.
Is there any surcharge if I start or end this activity outside of service hours?
An additional charge of KRW 20,000 per hour will apply:
- For service exceeding the booked duration
- For service continuing after 8:00 PM
Where can I be picked up or dropped off?
Pick-up and drop-off are available anywhere in Jeju Island, including Jeju Airport and passenger ferry terminals. For airport transfer bookings, the fee may vary depending on whether the destination is within or outside Jeju City.

Is this a guided tour?
No. This is a private driver service, not a guided tour. Drivers may provide simple communication assistance, but detailed tour guiding is not included.
When will I receive the driver information?

Can I bring luggage during the tour?
Yes, luggage is allowed depending on the selected vehicle type and passenger count. However, large luggage capacity may be limited for smaller vehicles.
Can I visit multiple areas of Jeju Island in one day?
Yes, you may freely plan your itinerary throughout Jeju Island during the reserved time. However, travel times between regions can be long, so route adjustments may be recommended depending on your schedule.
Is a partial refund available if I finish earlier than the reserved time?
No. Partial refunds are not available even if the service ends earlier than the reserved duration.
What happens in case of severe weather?
If the service cannot operate due to severe weather conditions, cancellation and refund eligibility will be reviewed accordingly.

We booked a private charter with a Japanese-speaking driver for our family of five: 10 hours on the first day and 5 hours on the second day. Mr. Ko was an absolutely wonderful driver! He was punctual, drove carefully, and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. He researched where we could find specific items we wanted, and kindly assisted us with ordering food and shopping. We were visiting during peak cherry blossom season and had hoped to see the famous cherry blossom avenue, but we thought it wouldn't be possible due to time constraints, so we didn't even mention it as a desired destination. However, Mr. Ko surprised us by suggesting, "We'll be 5-10 minutes late arriving at our next destination, but would you like to go see the cherry blossom avenue?" We were truly touched by his thoughtfulness! When we wanted to take photos, he proactively offered to be our photographer, taking numerous shots from different angles so our whole family could be in them. Thanks to him, we have many wonderful memory-filled photos. Since we booked for two days, Mr. Ko was also our driver on the second day, and by then, we trusted him completely, allowing us to relax and enjoy our trip until the very end. Thanks to him, our family's trip to Jeju Island was truly comfortable and wonderful. Regarding the cost, we initially thought it might be a bit expensive when we made the reservation, but in hindsight, we felt it was actually quite reasonable, considering how satisfied and comfortable we were. We highly recommend this private charter with a Japanese-speaking driver to any Japanese travelers planning a trip to Jeju Island! In particular, Mr. Ko, who guided us, was truly an amazing person full of hospitality!
The guide was beautiful and kind. She communicated with us in advance about the attractions we wanted to visit, which made our four-day trip smoother. She also took us to other secret places and helped us take photos. The food in the recommended restaurant is delicious, and the cafe not only has an unbeatable sea view, but also has delicious coffee and desserts. We had a great tour thanks to Mr. Jin! Mr. Jin gave great recommendations on places to visit and was accommodating to our plans and preferences. He was also great at English and it was fun to talk to him. He also shared places and food that are famous to locals and not well-known to foreign tourists, so this private car tour was very worth it! I'll say this over and over again, but the Jeju Island trip i had is by far the best trip i had in South Korea. I enjoyed Busan and Seoul but there's something magical in Jeju. Also our stay was made extra special because of the smooth car rental with a driver package here in Klook. Our driver was very accommodating, kind, and knew how to communicate in English. I loved that i was able to customize the tour according to our preferences. We are a family of 4 and we enjoyed every minute of it.
