Xinjiang Autumn Love Twin Lakes 7-Day Tour

I recently returned from a 7-day private tour of Yili in Northern Xinjiang, and it was nothing short of spectacular thanks to our exceptional driver Mr 马兵 (小马哥). Throughout the journey, he made our trip seamless enjoyable and truly memorable. He was an expert in local knowledge, introducing us the best food places to experience fantastic local Uyghur and Kazakh delicacies that we would've never found on our own. The roads in Xinjiang can be long and arduous. His driving was smooth, cautious, and reliable. His vehicle was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Plus point! There's a fridge on board that we chilled our yohurt and drinks. Overall this makes the long drives between destinations comfortable and enjoyable. Unlike rigid group tours (also known as 大巴团), 马兵哥 tailored the trip to our preferences. Spending extra time at respective attractions were possible without hesitation. As a local Hui ethnicity, he shared numerous fascinating stories about Yili (his hometown), traditions, and the best spots for photography. His warm personalty allowed us to feel that we were traveling with a friend rather than just a driver. If you are planning a trip to Xinjang (northern/southern). Overall a great experience. Hassle free. Airport pick up & accommodation arrangements were great with certain standards. Comfortable mini van throughout the journey. Although itinerary is a little rush but it also depend on the group punctuality and time spent in each stop. Great service overall, satisfied with the service. Especially airport drop-off, even I extended my stay in Urumqi after the tour, they can still arrange a the drop off service on the day I'm leaving. Very stunning view, unfortunately I can only share 6 photos in this review.

I want to say that this trip to Xinjiang was great. I have wanted to come to beautiful Xinjiang for a long time, and it really lived up to everyone's expectations! We were very fortunate to participate in the Klook Double Eleven event, which was very cost-effective, and we were even more fortunate to meet the excellent pony leader, which made the passengers' experience even better. Before the start of each day's trip, the car would be cleaned, the driving skills were skilled, and the local customs and customs were explained to us from the perspective of a local. We tasted a lot of Xinjiang food, so much so that I am still savoring it when I return home haha! Snacks and mineral water were also prepared on the car. One of our group members happened to be on his birthday during the trip, and the travel agency also specially arranged a cake, which was really thoughtful! There were constant beautiful scenery and surprises along the way, and I met friends from all over the world. The hotel throughout the trip was also beyond my expectations. In short, it was a very satisfying trip. I will come to Xinjiang again. Hehe

From the moment we arrived at the airport, the driver was waiting outside the airport on time. In the following days, the housekeeper and the tour leader kept us updated on the weather and itinerary in the group. The tour leader, Jia Yueming, performed very well. He not only waited patiently for everyone to take photos at each scenic spot, but also managed the time reasonably while enjoying the beautiful scenery. He was a skilled driver and created a very pleasant atmosphere. This was my first time to join a tour group through klook. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and look forward to having the opportunity to participate again in the future.

Itinerary: The itinerary is well-planned, with each scenic spot offering unique and beautiful views. Accommodation options: The location is great. It would be nice to have more variety for breakfast. Tour guide: Very nice, professional, responsible, enthusiastic, and thoughtful, providing a wonderful experience. Transportation options: There were different views along the way. The entire ride was comfortable, and the vehicle was fully equipped. Attractions: Breathtakingly beautiful.

Overall, it was a very good tour leader. Master Xiaodi was very enthusiastic and humorous. The teammates were all about the same age. There were laughter and joy along the way. Everyone took pictures with each other and helped each other. The atmosphere was harmonious. Master Xiaodi would recommend us some delicious food to satisfy our taste buds. The 8 days really passed in the blink of an eye. Xinjiang is really only once and countless times. I look forward to the next trip

The tour guide and driver Zhang Lei worked very hard. He traveled about 500 kilometers every day. He helped us with the luggage, checked in and checked out, and patiently told us when we had questions. He also gave us many places to avoid. He is an introverted and responsible tour guide. Next time when friends go out or go to Xinjiang, you must find Zhang Lei again!

The driver Zhu He was very responsible, humorous, and considerate of us. He was not angry even though we were brainwashed by the magic music all the way. He also helped us bargain for the self-funded projects. He was very reliable. The scenery along the way was beautiful. Kanas and Hemu were very beautiful, and the most beautiful was Sailimu Lake. The weather was also great. Except for the tiring ride, there was no big problem. The accommodation in the scenic area was a little worse. The best accommodation was on the first, second and last day.

The itinerary was excellent and exceeded expectations. I especially commend the service and driving skills of our driver, Mr. Ren. I would participate in similar activities again in the future. Thanks also to my fellow travelers who made this Xinjiang trip an unforgettable memory.
