We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the elephant sanctuary, but there was very little communication about the plan for the day. The driver spoke minimal English, and when we arrived it wasn’t clear where we were meant to go or what we were doing. The sanctuary visit only lasted about an hour before we were driven to the kayaking location. When we arrived for kayaking, we were told we were three hours too early. Although lunch was supposed to be included, we were told the kitchen was closed. An hour later, I received a call saying someone was at our hotel to pick us up, even though we had already been out all morning. After we questioned the driver, lunch was eventually provided, but it felt rushed and awkward. We then waited several hours before the kayaking guide arrived. Overall, the day was very disorganized and lacked clear communication, which made the experience frustrating rather than enjoyable.

Great value for money, the trip was very relaxing, the service attitude of the tour guide and driver was also very good. I won't regret participating in this group trip for the first time.
