It was a wonderful tour, and the guide was friendly and very nice. The captain was also very witty! ^^

This one is not from Faro! So I needed to go to pick up point which is so far from faro. After I paid, they shared the location so I was so surprised ( maybe I could check before booking but I couldn't find it) Since 2 hours to go to there, I asked to them to change the time after book, i couldn't reach them out and also when I'm on my way, they sent me message which we can't enter the caves. Too late! They should have sent us before the day or early morning because I wanted to enter the caves. Unfortunately I couldn't cancel and reschedule because I was on my way from Faro and already paid everything. I called them and the lady who talked with me was also not nice because she just said what she wants to and tried to hang up lol I don't appreciate their service how they treat the customers. The view was amazing so I want put that much bad review but carefully check before you book this!
