Super disappointed! The spa is in front of the hotel, and it is a distance from the hotel lobby. The hotel staff needs to lead the way! On the day we arrived at the hotel entrance at 3:06, took some time to find the way, arrived before 3:15, gave the klook authentication letter to the staff, filled in some information, drank frozen tea, another staff came again and asked me to take Certification letter, I said that I gave it to the staff early in the morning, after that the staff said that we were late, and we had to deduct 30 minutes of massage time. Already disappointed, the last 2 hours of massage, we only enjoyed 90 minutes, 5:10 has been finished. I wouldn't recommend everyone to do it here. The environment is good, but unfortunately the reception attitude is poor and the time is wasted.

I did the tropical skin ritual as it was the only one available the same day of booking. The experience did not disappoint - mango scrub and oil massage was phenomenal. The facial was just okay. But for 2 hours of relaxation this was a complete steal - they even gave the mango scrub as a gift to take home!

It was by far the best spa massage I've ever had in a short trip. It was a satisfying massage. If I have to go back to Phuket, I want to stop by again.

Very good, we booked at 7:00 pm, the hotel lobby was a bit dark, but after the experience, the staff asked us to call the car back to the hotel lobby.

The environment is hygienic and comfortable, the waiter's skills are also very good, just a little cold when doing body scrub, let them lower the temperature of the air-conditioning, there are mosquitoes outside, be careful!

No appointment stated on their system even email confirmation sent by Klook a day before. Took 15 minutes to clarify the situation. Lady changing room was dirty as stool in toilet bowl. Oversize rope and nothing special about the massage.

The reception staff and the hotel spa environment are really good, but the massage therapist's skills are very common, but the body is constantly pressing the elbow joint, and the pressure is not ideal. The massage will always leave without knowing where to go. During this trip, I went to other well-known chain spas, and the massage technique won the spa. I will have the opportunity to go there again, and I will not include this spa in the checklist.
