IN SPA Premium Hotel SPA & Massage Experience | Gangnam Seoul

Actually I had never been to spa before, but decided to give it a try on a solo trip to Korea. The tour I went on actually arrived late, making me 15 minutes late for my appointment but they still gave me the full treatment! Being a hotel spa, it was a lovely luxurious experience at a reasonable price.

Located on the 6th floor of the Four Points by Sheraton Gangnam, there is no access control and you can take the elevator directly upstairs. The massage environment is clean and elegant. There are experienced masseurs and new friends. It depends on how the store arranges it. The point is that it should be a special discount for Klook. The on-site price feels much more expensive

Very, very good massage with a very beautiful setting. The staff is very attentive and smiling, nothing to complain about. I highly recommend the service with a choice of 4 types of massages, a pre-massage and foot and foreleg scrub. Seaweed tea and water are available as well as a bathrobe and slippers.

It felt a bit far walking from Sinsa Station due to the uphill and downhill terrain. The location is easy to find since it's inside the hotel. We booked for three people, so we had a room for two and a room for one. They didn't speak much Japanese, but they were able to understand my explanations using simple words, and the service was very thorough. I wasn't pressured to buy any products, which was great. I would definitely use them again.

I was on my way to my appointment by taxi, but I got stuck in traffic and realized I would be significantly late. When I contacted the staff, they kindly agreed to reschedule my appointment for the next day. I chose the 60-minute full-body aroma course, and the pressure was perfect, allowing me to relax completely. I was very satisfied. I will definitely use this service again when I come back to Korea. I only looked it up on the Internet and made a reservation, but the price was cheaper than other hotel spas and I was very satisfied with the service. The employees' hand skills were unusual. ^^ I felt the dignity of the hotel spa, and it is a place I would like to visit again if I have a chance.

I had a sunburn and just wanted a really hydrating facial without any harsh chemicals/extractions and my skin looked & felt so hydrated and really calmed my skin down.

The atmosphere is very calm. From the moment you arrive, they offer you tea while you wait for your appointment time. The person at the entrance explains the types of massages and gives you personalized recommendations. The massage therapists are super professional; they didn't speak loudly or shout during the session.

I overlooked the time I booked, and they followed up via WhatsApp. They were understanding and accommodating, and they were able to change my time to a later time. Thanks to their flexibility, it worked out. The massage was great! They tell you what they're going to do each step. I did the Korean massage. I usually get Swedish but I wanted more pressure massage and it helped me with some of my knots on my shoulder. Overall, the staff was friendly and calm throughout the service.
