Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Luggage Services
- After successfully booking via Klook, you will receive a Transaction No. via email from Airporter and the Transaction No. will be sent by email within 24hours of order confirmation
- Write the Transaction No. on your luggage tag and put the tag on all the pieces of luggage you plan to drop off at the reception desk (Booking number written on voucher and Transaction No. will be the same)
- The driver will pick up your luggage and deliver it to your accommodation or airport
- For airport pick ups, failure to collect your items will result to a penalty of JPY1,000 per day for each luggage
- Your luggage can be a suitcase (check in or carry on size), cardboard, handbags, snowboards, etc. Please note that only those who ordered “Suitcases" can apply for “Handbags”
- Please note that these items can't be handled: Wallets (cash and credit cards); identification cards (passports); jewelry (diamonds and pearls); flammable materials (fireworks); poisons (those prohibited by Japanese law); all animals including pets (dogs and cats), insects, reptiles, fish. In addition, poisonous plants are prohibited as well
Additional information
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Please note the operator is not liable for any damages listed here
- If the service could not be used due to flight cancellation or considerable delay as a result of unforeseen circumstances, please provide proof of flight delay or cancellation. In such cases, you can reschedule or request for a full refund
- Please note that you will receive the notification email from Airporter at the following timing: When the booking is completed, when the driver picks up the luggage, and when the driver drops off the luggage at the destination counter
- Please kindly see ”How to Use” Instruction in the email from Airporter, as the operation differs depends on your chosen accommodation

service was great. we didn’t have to drag pieces of luggage to the airport. our luggage were picked up from comfort hotel susukino and were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport.
This service was very convenient. Our luggages were picked up on time and delivered to the airport in good condition. The drop-off area at the airport was also very easy to locate. Moreover, we received email notifications when our bags were picked up and delivered. It was overall a pleasant experience and we will be using this service again!
Super convenient service on a very cold day. Dropping off our luggage at New Chitose Airport was easy, and it arrived at our Sapporo hotel safely and on time. Staff were friendly and the whole process was smooth. Definitely recommend, especially when you don’t want to carry heavy bags in cold weather.

Highly recommended! I received an email at 9:00 AM saying my luggage had been collected. My flight was at 4:15 PM. At 2:00 PM, feeling a bit rushed, I Whatsapped customer service to ask if it had arrived. Customer service kept saying 2:30 PM. So, I decided to just go to the store and wait for the luggage. Went there and asked - OH - it arrived! So I rushed to check in immediately. It would actually be better if it could be earlier. I think if you use this service, 4:15 PM is really the earliest flight you can take. But it's really comfortable not having to drag your luggage to the airport yourself.
The service was absolutely perfect. I was worried about my luggage on the last day of my short trip, but thanks to them, I was able to leave my luggage and comfortably walk around on the last day and then pick it up at the airport for check-in. It was convenient because I uploaded a photo of my bag and the company kept me informed of the service progress via email.
Got my luggages on time and it was safe. Japanese people are really on time so i would say its a good decision because i was able to reach my hotel without bringing any luggages with me. Thanks again for this service. Salute!
I had a very useful time dropping off my luggage before heading to the hotel. The baggage storage is located on the first basement floor of New Chitose Airport, right next to the JR ticket machine. At first, I didn't know and went to the left side of the international arrival hall, but they gave me a kind explanation. The staff on the first basement floor were also very kind. I felt confident because name tags were prepared in advance. I plan to use the Airport Porter again on my departure day. It reduces travel fatigue and allows you to use your time efficiently.
Very easy and straightforward. Once you exit immigration, just turn left and walk straight—you’ll easily spot the drop-off area. That’s it, you’re all set to go hands-free. We received our luggage earlier than expected, about 1.5 hours after our 3pm check-in, which was perfect for us to freshen up before heading out.
