Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Luggage Services
- After successfully booking via Klook, you will receive a Transaction No. via email from Airporter and the Transaction No. will be sent by email within 24hours of order confirmation
- Write the Transaction No. on your luggage tag and put the tag on all the pieces of luggage you plan to drop off at the reception desk (Booking number written on voucher and Transaction No. will be the same)
- The driver will pick up your luggage and deliver it to your accommodation or airport
- For airport pick ups, failure to collect your items will result to a penalty of JPY1,000 per day for each luggage
- Your luggage can be a suitcase (check in or carry on size), cardboard, handbags, snowboards, etc. Please note that only those who ordered “Suitcases" can apply for “Handbags”
- Please note that these items can't be handled: Wallets (cash and credit cards); identification cards (passports); jewelry (diamonds and pearls); flammable materials (fireworks); poisons (those prohibited by Japanese law); all animals including pets (dogs and cats), insects, reptiles, fish. In addition, poisonous plants are prohibited as well
Additional information
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Please note the operator is not liable for any damages listed here
- If the service could not be used due to flight cancellation or considerable delay as a result of unforeseen circumstances, please provide proof of flight delay or cancellation. In such cases, you can reschedule or request for a full refund
- Please note that you will receive the notification email from Airporter at the following timing: When the booking is completed, when the driver picks up the luggage, and when the driver drops off the luggage at the destination counter
- Please kindly see ”How to Use” Instruction in the email from Airporter, as the operation differs depends on your chosen accommodation

luggage delivery is a must in Sapporo during winter season. the snow is heavy and it is really difficult to carry luggage. very convenient to go to hotel without carry the luggages
Every time I come to Japan, I always use the luggage delivery service. It frees up my hands and I don't have to drag my luggage to the hotel. Plus, the price is very reasonable, so I'll definitely use it again in the future.
First time trying an airport luggage service and this booking made me appreciate availing of this service again the next time in Japan. Very convenient for those who need to check out early and the flight is still at late afternoon or evening.

Super convenient service on a very cold day. Dropping off our luggage at New Chitose Airport was easy, and it arrived at our Sapporo hotel safely and on time. Staff were friendly and the whole process was smooth. Definitely recommend, especially when you don’t want to carry heavy bags in cold weather.
Very easy to process, just wait for the confirmation e-mail with instructions. On your scheduled date, they’ll update you (on the link provided) once they pick-up and delivered your baggage. Highly recommendable.
the hotel where we stayed is located at chuo ward but is not among the hotels listed on their site.. fortunately, the assigned personnel was kind enough to contact us via email and collect our luggage..

After you go through immigration, go straight to the left. I was a little worried because there weren't many reviews, but it was an excellent choice. I left my luggage and went straight to Otaru, saving time and making my body very comfortable. I will use it again next time I start my trip right at the airport. You don't have to contact the hotel separately, the company will take care of everything. When your luggage arrives at the hotel, they will send you an email so you can check it right away. I recommend it!!
