Sunset dinner special and floating villages by Tara Boats

had a wonderful experience! it is great value for money and well organised. the hotel pick up and drop makes it even more convenient. Our guide, Hong explained in English and kept us engaged throughout the tour.

Queen Tara boat was a good experience of a Romantic tour. there were only 6 of us in the boat . we had a wonderful time with unlimited free beers,wines & cocktails drinks.food were served too.

Very impressed pick up on time Guides and drivers provide good service and knowledge. On the boat, the view is beautiful, the atmosphere is very good, the food is okay, the buffet drinks have good local beer.

This is our first tour upon arriving to Siem Reap. We were picked up at our hotel right on time. This tour will allow you to visit several places before going to the Sunset Dinner. Our first stop is the Lotus Shop where we were able to see how they derive fibres from the Lotus stem and eventually made into textiles and eventually a variety of products. We were taught by our guide Mr. Va on how important Lotus plant is to the Cambodians using it for religious offering , to food and to a variety of local handmade products. The shop offers a variety of souvenirs. However, apart from the lotus products , the rest of the items can be bought from the souvenir shops in the central markets at a lower price. Our next stop was the floating village. In here , we get to have a boat ride along the river and see how the local fishermen live, their floating houses, stores , church and even school. It was an eye opening experience to witness such living condition. Along the river , we also stopped by a mini crocodile farm as crocodile meat is one of their staple in Cambodia. There was a souvenir shop as well that is considerably pricey. The highlight of our tour is going to Tara Boat which is an old Australian exploration boat that was converted into a restaurant . Do not expect a luxury boat but for us it serves its purpose. We were given buffet entrees and unlimited drinks , beers and cocktails to enjoy on top of the boat watching the beautiful sunset. We are a couple celebrating our anniversary and this is one of our highlight from this trip.

Got picked up and dropped off as promised on time. Bus was comfortable and cool and travel guide was informative, witty and engaging. Boat trip was great full of local facts. Sunset drinks and feed topped it all off!

It was a tour by Tara River Boat, a tour company that specializes in Tonle Sap Lake cruises. I've been to a floating market in Thailand before, but this was different. I got to see the life of the local people and got an experience that was more than just an activity. The dinner buffet was light and relatively simple even for Khmer cuisine, but having dinner with all-you-can-drink and watching a beautiful sunset was a rare experience, so it was a very good tour.

Everything go's well, pick up, from small boat going pass floating village, crocodile farm and Queen Tara main boat. Decent little buffet, unlimited alcohol n soft drinks, fantastic sunset views. Satisfy!

very recommended tour to see sunset at the unique Tonle Sap. the floating village also very interesting to see. our tour guide Tino , is very friendly and help ful. He also help to return my leftover teabag at the shuttle when they drop me off at the hotel. Thank you for your remarkable service 👍
