At Kaiten Sushi Ginza Nobu, you can enjoy fresh ingredients in a conveyor belt sushi restaurant with a great atmosphere. The tuna is sourced from Yamayuki, an intermediate wholesaler that specializes in tuna and has many orders from high-end sushi restaurants in Ginza and other restaurants nationwide. Be sure to try the special dish made with “red sushi rice” made from carefully selected red rice vinegar. The restaurant offers a selection of delicacies not found in general conveyor belt sushi restaurants, such as kelp, abalone, and seasonal ingredients.

Thanks to Klook for recommending this restaurant to users. The sushi is very delicious, and the sashimi is completely covered with sushi rice. Before eating, the waiter asked if Wasabi was added to the sushi. I said yes. Adding a little Wasabi to the sushi enhances the taste.

I don't really have an appreciation for overly fancy things, they seem a little strange to me. I'm more of a common person; a regular sushi restaurant suits my taste better.
