Tagaytay Day Tour

We left at 5:00 AM and arrived in Tagaytay at 6:45 AM. It was a pleasant ride all the way. We visited People’s Park in the Sky, Tagaytay Picnic Grove, Museo Orlina, Sunflower Farmville, The Gingerbread House, Twin Lakes, and Sky Ranch. For lunch, we went to Balay Dako. We finished by 3:30 PM as we didn’t intend to spend the entire day there. I would definitely recommend.

we started our journey at 5am. The guide was slightly late but was ok. The journey was pleased. The guide recommended us to take a boat ride before heading up to Tagaytay hill. the ride was a bit pricey but still acceptable. The guide was informative and flexible. was a pleasant trip overall

This is the first time I've wanted to give a bad review to a driver, Glenn Canete. I booked a private solo tour this time. I really appreciate that the driver contacted me the day before via message and picked me up punctually at 5 AM at the hotel entrance. The itinerary stated that attraction tickets were not included, so I understood that I needed to buy my own tickets. At the first stop, People's Park in the Sky, it was normal to buy my own ticket. However, at the second stop, Picnic Grove in Tagaytay, the driver asked me to pay for two tickets, which I found very unreasonable. I asked him why I needed to pay for his ticket, and he said that if I wanted him to accompany me, I would need to pay for his ticket; he was only responsible for parking fees. I found this very unreasonable. Later, fearing I would have to pay for more of his tickets, I suggested I just go in by myself. The driver truly was just a driver; he dropped me off at the attractions and didn't offer any explanations. He explained a little at the first stop, but then he disappeared and waited in the car. Although my English isn't great, and I like to wander by myself, I couldn't find him in between. I had to ask someone to take a photo, and then he appeared. The whole experience was really not good. I feel that the platform and the driver did not communicate well. How could the guide's ticket fee not be covered? I didn't spend much time at many of the attractions and left early, so I had a lot of extra time. After finishing the amusement park, I asked if we could visit a museum about a 5-minute drive away. The driver seemed reluctant and immediately said it wasn't open. When we drove past, it was indeed closed, perhaps the website needed updating. I didn't push the driver to take me anywhere else. The tour ended around 3 PM, and we drove back to the hotel, arriving around 5 PM. If only I could have had a different driver. Aside from the driver issue, seeing the volcano from many different angles at these attractions was great. However, at the first stop, People's Park in the Sky, the fog on the mountain was too heavy, and I could barely see the mountain scenery. I only saw the volcano for a brief moment after the fog cleared a little. The third stop, Sunflower Farmville Tagaytay, can be skipped; the sunflowers were mostly withered due to the heat, and there wasn't much to see for the 50p entrance fee. The Gingerbread House was indeed quite cute with many things to photograph, but the 200p ticket was a bit expensive; it would be more fun if there were at least two people to help take photos. We only stayed at Twin Lakes Tagaytay for less than 10 minutes. The volcano at Sky Ranch is really close and beautiful, but the entrance fee and facility fees are separate, which felt a bit like a rip-off! If you're looking for a cost-effective tour, I don't recommend this one!

This was a great trip and I am so glad I did it. Our driver Jhonson was very patient and kind, and it was really relaxing to be able to get easily between all the destinations (as they are not that close together). The park in the sky was incredible first thing - like walking on clouds, and the views of Taal were everything I hoped for. I enjoyed visiting other locations like the Gingerbread House and sunflower farm that otherwise I may not have, it was a fun way to explore. The museum has some amazing sculptures (I am not an art person but these were amazing). I loved this trip and would recommend it as a great way to see the sights of Tagaytay, and the incredible scenery.

We are so happy to see the Taal in Tagaytay. Amazing scenery & beautiful nature. Is just that this morning was a bit foggy.. I love the windy & the morning temperature in Tagaytay. Albert, our driver is also a nice young man. Very friendly & helpful. Such a nice experience! The guide, Sir Marvin, was very accommodating, and it was so convenient booking a tour package instead of doing a DIY trip. Highly recommended!

everything was perfect. kuya took us to all the best places and more. you can request to skip or go to certain spots you like or saw online. he was such a great driver and tour guide!

Highly recommend this trip! The driver was very helpful and patient. Also, I would recommend the boat ride around Taal Lake volcano island. That was incredible.
