As much as me being a local, I have never taken a Trishaw ride before thou I’ve seen trishaw around Bugis area especially when I was much younger. Over the years, trishaws have become less of a common sight and would easily be forgotten as a mode of transportation used in the olden days. McDonald’s is my favourite fast food chain and when I saw this collaboration, I wanted to sign up for it immediately! On the day of the event, the friendly crew helped us to take some photos and ushered us to our rides. Even though the places that we were brought to are places that we have been to many times, it is still a refreshing experience and we also got to learn about the past and history of how the street names came about. The trishaw rider himself was also very courteous! It was a really fun experience doing something that we locals mostly see tourists do! We ended off the day with a sumptuous meal from McDonald’s! Overall, it has been an unforgettable day and we enjoyed ourselves very much!

Had a great time with this activity. Well planned throughout thus there were no delays or whatsoever. Absolutely delicious meal and unique experience.

The trishaw ride was only 20 minutes and not 45 minutes as stated in the activity description. Other than that the ride was nice and the McDonald's meal good.

The Trishaw ride was short-changed by 30 minutes: we were told / informed by the web advertisement that we should / would enjoy a minimum of 45 minutes trishaw ride, but it was ended up only 15 MINUTES. We started the ride at approximately 3:05pm from the Chinatown Museum and ended our ride at the MacDonald destination at 3:20pm+/-. Quite a big SHORT-CHANGE, right? We did enjoy set meal at the MacDonald, tastes of the HaHa Chiong Gai, the Chicken Burger, Potato fries, the coke are all nice, the Durian Shake is fantastic. We also saw all the Klook staff worked very hard and attentive to all the passengers, very good service from them.

Interesting but short tour, and a lot of food. Overall, worth it!

It was my first ever trishaw ride and it was very pleasant! We had a tour around Chinatown and it showed the beauty of Singapore even though it was just a small part of it. The meal afterwards was so scrumptious and interesting. Can’t wait to explore the rest of Singapore. My partner and I enjoyed our time very much, thank you Klook!

The trishaw ride around Chinatown was awesome! As a local, I often wondered why tourists take to these gimmicky trishaw rides. Well, I got my answer: ‘cos it’s DAMN FUN!! Our trishaw guide was a smiling Mandarin- speaking chap, and he had the most awesome music blasting (ok, our kinda music...80s gen). So as our guide pointed out historical sights, we were bobbing to Billy Jean, enjoying the wind in our hair! To see Chinatown streets, it’s transformation from old shophouses to trendy cafes, was a breeze. I suppose one could discover all these on foot, but with Singapore’s heat...trishaw is the way! Sadly our trishaw tour ride ended too soon. The next experience, unfortunately, was not as enjoyable as the trishaw ride. I was looking forward to McDonald’s annual National Day offering: Har Cheong Gai burger, a play on my favourite local dish, prawn-paste chicken. But we found the whole meal too salty: the burger & chicken drumlets lacked that prawn-paste taste. Sorry, this year’s ND McD is a NO4Me. Overall, a great way to launch McD’s new menu! Very enjoyable! Would definitely do this again!! Well done, KLOOK!
