- If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to internet, slow speed, APN settings or any other service disruption after inserting the card, please contact the operator's customer service at: CS center dial number +6013 688 1010 (Mon-Fri, 9:30am-6:00pm) or operator's WhatsApp tech support line at +6011 2021 8888 (9:00am-11:00pm, daily)
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
- Even with unlimited data, internet speed will drop to 128kbps after 3GB of data is used
- You can top-up additional credits to this SIM. To check your remaining SIM card balance, you may refer to the instruction manual provided
- The SIM card can be topped up at any AIS shops, 7-Eleven or Family Mart convenient stores outlet
