Booking guidelines
- This SIM card is not applicable for iPads, tablets, customized phones, contract phones, SIM locked, jailbroke and rooted devices
- Applicable models: iPhone X and above (iPhone 10 to iPhone 16 and newer series), and some Android phones. Please dial “*#06#” on your phone. If you immediately receive a reply containing an “EID number,” then eSIM is supported. Please refer to the attached image for applicable phone models.
- Inapplicable models: Phones manufactured and sold in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, and some Samsung phones sold in Taiwan cannot use eSIM; phones with numbers locked by carriers cannot be used. Please refer to the official website of the phone brand to confirm eSIM support.
- eSIM will be received 5 minutes after ordering. After receiving, please be sure to install and activate within 29 days, otherwise it will become invalid. If it expires and becomes invalid, a refund is possible after confirmation by LINE or WhatsApp customer service.
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please make sure to scan and install this product "after arriving in Thailand." Installation outside of Thailand will result in invalidation. Please install and activate the eSIM QR code within 30 days of receipt.
- The eSIM usage date is calculated based on Thai time with 00:00 as the cutoff point. Passing midnight (12 AM) means it’s the next day, so please pay attention when calculating the number of days. For example: if activated at 18:00 on July 4th, the first day ends at 00:00 on July 5th, and it will be considered the second day until 23:59 on July 5th.
- It is recommended to purchase an eSIM 2 days before departure and install it on the day of departure.
