Let's Relax Spa at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Bangkok

This location is next door to the Carlton hotel branch but this location is slightly older and I was asked to be in a shared room situation that another customers music were playing loud that I had to request a private room instead.

This building is a hotel. Let's Relax is on the sixth floor, and you'll need the security guard to help you use the access card to get upstairs. This time I used the heavenly package, which includes a two-hour Thai massage and a 45-minute foot massage. The whole process was very smooth, and especially the foot massage relaxed my legs a lot.

The environment is very comfortable, the massage skills and strength are also good, well-known chain brands have a certain degree, but the price is indeed high

Slightly lower value for money if you pay attention to the environment this is good and the hands are different from outside but the price is much more expensive ~ and difficult to make an appointment

This is the worst experience I have ever had at let's relax spa. The service I received in Bangkok was obviously very good and the technicians were very serious about their skills. But I know why the service at the Karon beach branch is so-so. The same Body & Soul scrub is completely ineffective and feels perfunctory. The massage was also inferior. It was not as accurate and the intensity as in other branches was a bit loose. The only thing that wins is that the environment and decoration are very good.

The masseur was so lazy that I was speechless. My mother's ribs were injured and she didn't sleep well all night.

Worst experience since I came to Thailand for the 5th time. I feel like any massage place on the street would be better than this one. I can only say I am very disappointed.

The professional atmosphere was warm and it was quiet and not too hectic compared to other massage shops, which was nice. The massage was also really refreshing, so I think my parents would enjoy it if I brought them. If you like quiet, I highly recommend it.
