- Children will be included in the seat count. One child seat occupies about 1.5 adult seats, please book a car that will fit your traveling party
- Child seats may not be guaranteed during peak season due to limited stocks
- If your luggages are large, please select the 7-seater vehicle for ample space. Otherwise, the operator has the right to reject the booking and recommend you to reserve a larger vehicle

- One 24" luggage may be added for each one passenger reduction; two 24" luggages may be treated as one 28" or any larger suitcase
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Child Seat Fee: Child seats are available for children aged 0-10. The first safety seat can be used for free, however, the second seat will be subject to an additional surcharge of EUR13
- Overtime Charges: EUR25/30 minutes (if the traffic is overtime due to traffic jams, the relevant fees will still be payable)
- Extra Mileage Charges: EUR0.7/km will be charged if the car travels more than 250km
- Night Service Charge: If you use the vehicle from 10:01pm to 7:59am local time, you need to pay EUR25 to the driver
- When overtime charges and extra mileage charges occur at the same time, only the higher one will be charged.
