Good to know

  • Free WiFi is available at the entrance of the River Wonders which can be used throughout the whole park
  • The Reservoir Cruise boat ride is currently suspended till further notice due to the latest government Safe Management Measures.
  • Riders for the Amazon River Quest boat ride must be at least 1.06m.
  • Tickets to the Amazon River Quest boat ride are available for purchase here
  • Drop by the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari or the new Bird Paradise, home to over 3,500 birds from over 400 avian species!
  • Check out Mandai’s multi-park bundles or Klook’s Wildlife Pass for a total wildlife experience!
  • Admission tickets are not to be re-sold on any channel for resale including via third party online platforms. In the event of such unauthorised sale, Klook and Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right to reject any admission ticket that has been re-sold in breach of this provision and accordingly deny entry to the WRS Parks without prior notice or compensation to the ticket holder

Muslim-Friendly Dining & Facilities

  • A variety of Muslim-Friendly and Halal-Certified dining options are available at the Mandai Wildlife Reserves. These includes A&W, Coffee House by Old Chang Kee, Pavilion Banana Leaf restaurants at Mandai Wildlife West (Bird Paradise), and Ah Meng Bistro, Ah Meng Restaurant, KFC, at Mandai Wildlife East (Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Night Safari)
  • Eateries such as Inuka Cafe, Starbucks, Ulu Ulu Safari Restaurant, New Zealand Natural, Mama Panda Kitchen (inside River Wonders) at Mandai Wildlife East, and the Bird Bakery, Penguin Cove Restaurant & Penguin Cove Café, Crimson Restaurant, and Birds of Paradise at Mandai Wildife West are not a halal-certified eateries but uses no pork or lard
  • There is no official prayer room at Mandai Wildlife East(Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Night Safari) yet, but the First Aid station doubles up as a musollah. Approach the uniformed staff members for assistance into the room. The room is located at the entrance of the zoo.
  • Prayer rooms are available at the Mandai Wildlife West(Bird Paradise) and are separated for males and females. The room is located at the entrance of Bird Paradise.
