Delivery Information

  • Your SIM Card will be delivered to your hotel or accommodation in Bali (coverage areas: Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Canggu, Denpasar, Sanur, Gianyar, Ubud) on the selected date you chose, during operating hours: 09:00-20:00

Activation Procedure

  • We strongly recommend that you to allow the Klook staff to assist you with the installation and activation of the SIM Card as there could be complications with the installation. If you decide to install and activate it yourself, please follow the instructions available on the voucher
  • Please note: You agree to provide a copy of your passport, selfie with passport, type of phone (example: iPhone 13, Samsung Galaxy A11, etc) and a photo of IMEI number (Dial *#06# on your phone to get the IMEI number) for the activation process at least 2 days before arrival by contacting the Operator through email/phone: activity@bali-dmc.com / +6285171708262
  • You can also submit the copy of your passport, selfie with passport, type of phone (example: iPhone 13, Samsung Galaxy A11, etc) and a photo of IMEI number (Dial *#06# on your phone to get the IMEI number) via google form after made a purchase on Klook

Booking Guideline

  • If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to internet, slow speed, APN settings or any other service disruption after inserting the card, please contact the operator's customer service at: +6285171708262
  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
  • The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
  • Hot-spot sharing may cause speed drop and device heat

Usage reminder

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
  • The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
  • The SIM card can be topped up at any phone shops with a banner with "Jual Pulsa" on it outlet
  • Please check your phone settings and network settings if you cannot connect to the network after inserting your SIM card, if the network speed is too slow, or there are other connection problems. If you are still encountering issues with your SIM, please contact Klook customer service
  • Please note: SIM Card registration will require the staff to take a photo of your passport
  • Please note: If you find any difficulties in using your SIM Card, please restart your phone first and if the problem still occurs, please call the contact number listed on your voucher
