Usage reminder
- Please charge your pocket WiFi daily using the adapter provided in the box
- If the device has no lights or isn't working, ensure the battery is fully charged. If the issue persists, hold the home button until the lights turn on. If there are still no lights, remove and reinsert the battery, then turn the device back on
- If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to internet, slow speed, unable to open the device or any other device disruption, please contact operator’s customer service at: (here)[https://www.rentnconnect.com/contact]
- AC adapter and cable are included
- For delivery, return time will be the local time on your mailing stamp

Delivery information
- Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
- Please provide your full accommodation address and flight details during checkout. Your flight number is necessary to ensure timely delivery based on your arrival time. If you do not have a flight number, please write "NA"
- Hotel Delivery: The local operator will deliver the pocket WiFi to your hotel reception before your arrival in Turkey. If your hotel reservation name differs from the name used to rent your pocket WiFi, please indicate the hotel booking name in the order notes. If you haven't already, please contact the local operator's customer support to inform them of this discrepancy
- Airbnb - Apartment Delivery: Your pocket WiFi can be delivered to your requested Airbnb or apartment. For any questions or issues regarding your delivery, please contact the local operator
- Airport Delivery: Please contact the local operator for the current list of airports and delivery service details
Surcharges
- The customer must return the device in the same condition in which it was delivered. Otherwise, the customer is liable for any repair costs incurred due to damage
- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: Please refer to the Terms and Conditions
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the selected delivery date
