Izumi is a very good guide. She is an enthusiastic conversationalist who generously shared from her own culture and experiences. She also showed interest in what I was curious about and adjusted the itinerary slightly to indulge my interests as well. Absolutely recommend for a nice way to spend the afternoon and get an insider view to this very cultural area in Tokyo.

My group of 8 (including 4 kids) travelled all the way down and waited an hour at the mechanical clock tower for the tour and no guide turned up! We finally managed to reach the local operator and was told that klook had informed them that we wanted to change our tour date. That was when we realise that klook had messed up our instruction to change the date for another tour we booked for Kyoto with this tour we booked for Tokyo. They ended up ridiculously informing operators of both tours to change the dates for both tours to the same date. Prior to this, they also cancelled bookings without our permission for 2 of the kids in our group even after we clarified their ages. They expected us to re-register the kids for their mistake. Klook’s poor service is extremely disappointing and this bad experience has spoilt our plans for the 2 tours that we were looking forward to and travelled all the way down for.

It was a very interesting and informative tour at a relaxed and enjoyable pace. Most of the group we were with ended up buying souvenirs they may not have come across otherwise which says a lot for the quality in my book. Silvia, if you read this, we took your advice about the coffee. We'll worth it :D

Excellent tour. I really enjoy the tour with nice guide, nice snacks and nice shops. I can visit many small local shops having more than 100 years old.

Silvia is such a great, personable, sweet and knowledgable tour guide that she told us a lot of Japanese history and culture throughout the tour. We had a good time in Tokyo!

A peek into the ancient Tokyo. Our guide Kimi was really informative and considerate. Requires a lot of foot walk, so be prepared. Full of surprises, enjoy it.
