It was an unforgettable experience. The boat cruise ride was smooth, and the scenery was truly surreal and breathtaking. However, the information provided on Klook was incomplete and could be improved, especially the lack of a detailed Fahrplan. It’s also not feasible to cover both Lake Thun and Lake Brienz in one day. Overall, though, it was still a wonderful experience.

Because the trip was delayed and I couldn't participate, I tried to contact the operator and Klook to refund or reschedule, but both of them kept shirking responsibility. It is recommended that those who want to participate in the event purchase only after confirming the itinerary on the day.
