- We might cancel the tour if we do not have at least 20 participants by 7 days before the scheduled departure.
- Drinking alcohol and smoking on the bus is prohibited.
- Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus.
- The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.
- Please do not bring your pets.
- Please note that we will decide your seat on the bus.
- If you have any food allergies, please inform us. (We will provide a different dinner menu.)
- In the event of rain, the fireworks display will be held and the tour will continue. The tour may be cancelled in case of stormy weather, or other dangerous situations.
- In the event of cancellation or postponement of the fireworks display due to sudden stormy weather after the departure of the tour, there will be no refund of the tour fee.
- It is a 20-minute walk from the parking lot to the festival spot. Please wear comfortable walking clothes.
- If the fireworks are cancelled by the day before departure, the tour fee will be refunded. If the fireworks are canceled after the tour departs, no refund will be made. Please understand this in advance.
