experience:
ease of booking on Klook: QR code from Klook was completely unusable at Canglang Pavilion. The machine showed “invalid QR code” and staff confirmed they could not verify the voucher at all.
I was forced to buy new tickets on the spot just to enter. This is a clear service failure and a waste of time, especially when travelling with family.
Please fix your ticketing system before selling this product. Not recommended.
