  • Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Monday and return it on a Thursday, you will be charged for 4 days of usage
  • You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service
  • The 4G speed will be limited to 3G after you pass the 500MB usage, and will return to a 4G speed at 12:00am of the next day
Fair Usage Policy
  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data usage limited at the discretion of the telecommunications company they are subscribed to
  • Please refrain from watching videos for a long time, or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time
How To Use
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher to pick up WiFi device

Pick Up Procedure:

  • You can present either a printed or mobile voucher at the redemption point
  • Malaysian passport holders are not required to make a deposit
  • Non-Malaysian passport holders are required to make a refundable deposit of MYR350, to be paid by either cash or credit card

Return Procedure:

  • Return the device to your selected drop off point
  • Device data usage is unlimited and a Fair Usage Policy is applicable
  • For Non-Malaysian passport holders, you will be refunded the full MYR350 deposit within 7 working days should everything be in order
  • Please note that the pick up and drop off days are inclusive in the booking period, any extra days will be charged at the original retail price of MYR15 per day

Device Extension and Support:

  • For any changes to your device rental during rental period, please call our operator's hotline: +60 32 715 9971 (8:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday) or reach out to our Whatsapp hotline: +60 16 303 8380 (24 hours)
  • There is a minimum 3 day charge. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price for the extra days when you return the device

Compensation Charges:

  • Loss, damage or breakage of WiFi device: MYR350 each
  • Exterior scratches or damage: MYR250 each
  • Loss or breakage of cord set and plug: MYR15 each

    Our experience is very bad. We forgot to collect it before our flight take off. We made a call back from overseas to check if able to help re-arrange such as collect from other countries. They can’t help but to forfeith our charges paid.
