- This tour requires a minimum of 8 participants to operate.
- The size of the bus will be arranged based on the number of reservations for the day.
- For driver and guide services, a driver will act as the guide for minibuses (1~18 people), while a separate guide will be provided for large buses (19~45 people). Please be aware of this.
- To ensure the tour proceeds on schedule, please arrive promptly at the meeting point. We will not provide further notice for late arrivals, and refunds or order changes will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
- According to Japanese regulations, vehicles may not be used for more than 10 hours per day. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the time spent at each attraction based on the actual conditions of the day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Flower season tours are greatly affected by the climate, and we cannot guarantee the best viewing period. We are not responsible if the flowers are not in optimal condition. Thank you for your understanding.
- Passengers arriving or departing on the same day are not permitted to join the tour. Please note this restriction.
- Each adult can bring one child under 3 years old free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat (please indicate this when booking).
- For a worry-free trip, we recommend that travelers purchase overseas travel insurance.

- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or traffic conditions. We appreciate your patience and cooperation with the tour guide's arrangements.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Please dispose of your garbage and keep the vehicle clean.
- Please take care of your personal belongings and double-check for any items left behind before leaving the vehicle.
- Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when booking. If you add luggage at the last minute, we may not be able to accommodate it due to limited space in the vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.
- This tour offers open seating. Please choose your seat upon boarding and use it throughout the tour. If you prefer a seat in the front, please board early to secure your selection.
- To maintain the order and safety of the tour, we do not allow passengers to leave the group midway. If passengers choose to leave the group on their own, it will be considered a forfeiture of the remaining tour, and no refunds will be provided. Passengers will be responsible for their own subsequent arrangements and risks.
