Begin your journey at Xwander Basecamp in Ivalo, where we’ll equip you with essential winter clothing and headlamps. Just fifteen minutes away, we’ll arrive at the Aurora camp near Lake Inari, a haven free of light pollution.
Upon arrival, warm drinks await as we introduce you to the wonders of the northern lights. Enjoy a serene stroll on the lake and through the forest, marveling at the breathtaking sky. Conclude the evening with an open fire dinner at the camp, or enhance your experience with a tent sauna, ice swimming, a sleigh ride, or an electric snow scooter adventure.

- Physical Requirements: The tour involves being outdoors in cold weather, so participants should be prepared for low temperatures.
- Accessibility: The experience is not fully accessible by wheelchair due to the nature of the terrain and activities.
- Weather Dependency: The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sightings cannot be guaranteed.
- Clothing and Gear: Warm clothing and suitable winter gear are essential.
- A temperature limit of -25°C: If the forecast for the day is colder / weather conditions unsuitable, we will cancel and/or reschedule the trip.
- We will call you at 15:00 on the day of the activity for a weather update. What to bring?:
