Things to note
Eligibility
- Ages between 1 month to 12 years old and below are allowed to enter the park, one paying adult is compulsory to supervised the children
- Ages between 1 month to 12 years old and below are allowed to enter the park
- One playing adult is compulsory to supervised the children
- Accompanying Guardian must be 18 years old and above
- Guardian ticket can only be purchased with an accompanying child
- Ratio of 2 children to 1 adult applies for immediate family member at all times
- Children measure 140cm and above are restricted from entering the park
- Children weight no more than 40kg are eligible to play all the rides
- Grip socks is compulsory for all children
- Toddler is for age 0-2 years old, after birthday 2 years old need to pay as child ticket
Additional information
- No jewelry and any valuable items are allowed to be worn (or brought along) during the activities
- Tickets are issued in Wristband form and shall be worn by the purchasing person at all times
- Entry may be denied if the tickets are damaged, altered, or illegible.
- Note: Safari Escape Playland shall not be responsible the tickets sold in any event of act of god, riot, electricity outage, flood fire & earthquake, emergency that may occur to prevent Conquer from operating
- Balls from ball pit must stay inside the ball pit area
User Responsibilities
- Equipment Care: Participants are responsible for handling all the equipment with care. Any damage caused by improper use may result in charges for repair or replacement
- Compliance: Participants must follow all instructions provided by the crew for safety purposes
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

the best playland with a safety facilities for kids & toddler. beside that, the helpfull & well trained staff to handle an adventure activities with small kids. really recommended!

My son really enjoyed it here. There are staffed climbing activities - a climbing wall and polls. No cafe or food available here, but you can come and go as you please with the restaurants only being a short walk away.

We had a fantastic time at this indoor playground! The facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. There’s plenty of space for kids to run, jump, and explore. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure everyone is having fun. Highly recommend for a fun and safe day out with the kids!

it was a great play space, catering to a vast age group. loved the high elements. Clean. not sure if the aircon was not working that day but the place was pretty warm.

Good, my kid having fun here. Just the flying fox equipment need some improvement, very hard to play and dangerous because they are connected. should change it to 2 independent, avoid kid fall down when one of them haven’t ready but another side ppl already pull it.
