Excellent food and view. Great selection of sea food and oysters. Good wine cart. Better to come for sunset time.

Amazing setting on the river with a good variety of food, from local to Italian, Indian, Japanese, barbeque (fire pit) delicious ribs and shrimp, iberico pork and wagyu beef cooked to your liking, a huge variety of thai desserts and some lovely traditional Thai shows to keep you entertained. we stayed for around 2.5 hours before catching the free boat back to the BTS. Check with the hotel about the boat if you intend to go from BTS Saphan Taksin to Anantara, I found one online but it was not correct and so after waiting for a long time, we had to take a taxi. I think the boats are every hour but not on the hour - we just missed the boat at around 5.20pm and then waited until around 6pm but nothing turned up. Call the hotel to confirm actual times. Other than that, this is a highly recommended experience and I would definitely do it again!

I was drawn in by the themed seafood BBQ, but unfortunately the seafood selection was limited and the quality was average, which was disappointing. However, the ambiance, service, and live performance (don't expect a large-scale show) earned a lot of points, so the overall rating is four stars.

It was a nice day, and I was able to see a show. The food at the hotel buffet was delicious. Next time I go to Thailand, I will 100% go back.

The International BBQ Seafood Dinner at Anantara Riverside Hotel offers a beautiful, spacious, and airy dining environment, perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service, enhancing the overall experience. The food quality is good, although the buffet selection is fairly average. Unfortunately, the variety of BBQ seafood is quite limited, and the lobster soup was overly rich and heavy. Traditional performances during dinner are entertaining but not particularly memorable. Accessing the hotel can be challenging during peak hours, with traffic jams sometimes taking up to an hour. Additionally, it’s located far from popular tourist attractions, which may be inconvenient for visitors. While the buffet price on Klook isn’t cheap, it’s worth trying once for the experience. However, considering Bangkok's vast array of dining options, a return visit may require some thought.

The food was better quality and more varied than I expected. The Anantara staff were all very friendly and the traditional performances were worth watching. It was the most satisfying meal I had during my trip to Bangkok. I enjoyed it. 🙂
