The service was five-star quality. We checked in around 3 PM on a Hong Kong public holiday, and our room was still being cleaned. The front desk staff immediately offered us drink vouchers for the lobby cafe, allowing us to wait comfortably. The room was clean, the air conditioning was excellent, and the balcony offered a beautiful view with the sound of ocean waves. The balcony door was very soundproof, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. Both the buffet dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a good selection of food, prioritizing quality over quantity, and every dish was of very high standard. The dinner even included yellowtail and tuna sashimi, a serving of steamed lobster with garlic and vermicelli for each person, and abalone mixed with rice. The hotel's own beer was also delicious. The beach was accessible with a room key, wasn't crowded, had very fine sand, and gentle waves, making it perfect for walks and recreation.

The hotel offers entertainment and lots of kids activities. 海鲜世界 is fairly small and one day is enough to view everything

The hotel is new and away from the busy streets, with huge quiet beach outside. Very close to aquarium nearby. Hotel staff are all very nice and helpful. Entertainers are very professional. Highly recommend the western restaurant on 1st floor.

A truly excellent experience! The hotel is first-class, and so is the service. There's a private beach and pool, and the rooms are large and spotlessly clean - 100 points! The balcony sea view is unbeatable, and there are also evening parties, with one exciting event after another. The breakfast is abundant. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is very good 👍🏼 and worth a try. The Western restaurant on the first floor is even better, the food is top-notch, and the waitress Kitty is so friendly, she even gifted us a fruit platter. It's really worth the price! I booked a two-day, one-night package this time, but two days felt rushed. You really need to book three days to take your time and enjoy everything. Aside from the buffet breakfast requiring a wait for seating and having to pick up food deliveries at the designated table outside the hotel, everything else was great. The "M Show" is definitely worth seeing; the kids loved it. Playing in the outdoor and indoor playgrounds and swimming left us with no time to go to the beach. Therefore, I recommend booking the three-day package.

The hotel facilities are okay, and the staff service is very good. They mentioned the swimming pool doesn't have enough lifeguards, so they can only open one of the swimming pools on a rotating schedule. In addition, the area outside the Xiaomeisha Hotel is completely undeveloped and a mess, with dust everywhere. If you want to go shopping or eat, you have to go to Dameisha. Also, because the Xiaomeisha subway station is still under construction nearby, you have to walk more than ten minutes to reach the hotel after leaving the subway station.

This is the third time I stayed in this hotel. This time I stayed in a room with a slide and the kids had a lot of fun. The hotel also offers various recreational facilities and activities for children. The staff in the executive lounge are polite and provide considerate service. The MGM Hotel is really worth a vacation to enjoy. It has a large fitness room, a heated swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool, as well as a private beach suitable for lovers to take a dusk stroll. The breakfast buffet includes both Chinese and Western food, with a wide variety of delicious food. Delicious Chinese lunch and a good buffet dinner. You can also enjoy the wonderful M show after dinner. Every room has unparalleled sea views. Check-out can be delayed until 12 noon. The staff is very polite. However, there is room for improvement in the speed of picking up the room and checking out the next day.

The hotel lobby is small but beautiful, with a sense of science fiction, like entering a movie theater ticket office, and there are too many waiters, feeling surrounded by waiters wherever you go. The room design is novel, the terrace is super spacious, although the room is not big, but the roof is very high, which greatly enhances the sense of space in the room. The terrace glass door is very heavy, it will be very difficult to enter and exit the terrace, and when the terrace glass door is opened, the air conditioning will automatically stop. In summer, you can't open the terrace curtain door to lie on the bed and enjoy the time of integration with nature. You can only choose to lie on the terrace and die of heat or be trapped in the room with the glass door closed. Therefore, it feels useless to put a round sofa on the terrace. It is too hot in summer and freezing in winter. There are also many mosquitoes at night. As for the design of the hotel swimming pool and beach, it is not perfect. The trees in the garden are too dense, which also blocks the main landscape. In addition, the staff and lifeguards are not very good. The number of staff is too exaggerated. I wanted to enjoy the quietness and peace, but there were a bunch of staff and lifeguards around me, which made me feel very constrained. In addition, the gate of the beach was guarded at 6 am until the evening. In the afternoon, two or three people formed a small circle at the gate. In fact, there was nothing on that beach. There was a gate in and out, which was already very guarded. There was really no need to add more staff to guard it, because if there were staff everywhere, it would make the guests feel very oppressive. If it was the weekend or the eve of the holiday, with a large number of guests and staff, the environment would be unimaginable. The breakfast environment was very good, but the disadvantage was the small floor-to-ceiling glass. The originally perfect scenery was completely submerged by the trees outside. The consumption in the western restaurant was not cheap either. A simple afternoon tea set for two cost ¥688. All the glass in the hotel was UV-proof. 'But the color is a bit dark, which makes the natural light look bad. The area behind the glass is gray and dark. The hotel is expensive for this location, but the overall feeling is good

The hotel facilities are good, but there are too many people, and even breakfast feels like a struggle. It would be much more comfortable if they could manage the crowd better. There aren't many dining options near Xiaomeisha, which is something to keep in mind. Also, the check-out time is quite early, only until 1:00 PM at the latest; 2:00 PM would be much better.
