If you prefer something alcohol-free and deeply refreshing after a long, relaxing soak in the tubs, the free-flow, sweet fresh coconuts are a massive hit. ​To top off an already spectacular dining experience, they serve authentic Monthong durian. The fruit is exceptionally fresh, perfectly creamy, and so sweet—a dream come true for durian aficionados. ​

The jacuzzi and shower facilities were awesome! A wide range of entertainment facilities is available as an add-on. For the Star buffet, they delivered items as promised with unlimited caviar, lobster, snow crab, J5 ham, and many more.

the food spread was really awesome. lounge sofa beds super comfy and the in-house robes just made me want to buy a set of my own to use as PJs.

The experience was good. It was really nice facilities with lots of staff accommodating to you, but I felt that it was a bit too much. I would have preferred less staff asking me what I needed everywhere I went. The dinner buffet had a lot of food options, but it wasn’t exactly seasoned to my taste. I rather preferred the late night snack instead. There were unlimited fruits and drinks that you could have anytime. many of the services were additional pay like massages or gaming.

This was my first time experiencing a Sap spa in Mainland China. I was particularly impressed by the high-end and substantial meals offered at the Arima Spa. My only point of confusion is why the lobby doesn't implement a traffic control plan. Having the quiet zone (silent) and the louder area (where people snore) all together in one sleeping space really impacts the quality of sleep. Also, it would be beneficial if the staff wore quiet shoes or slippers when people are sleeping in the lobby, as the sound of footsteps on the wooden floor is extremely loud and disruptive. As for the massage treatments, I feel it's a matter of luck; some masseuses are very skilled, while others provide a rather uncomfortable massage. Overall, I would rate the environment and facilities as excellent. My negative reviews are for the sleeping space configuration and the inconsistent skill level of the massage therapists, but everything else is acceptable.

price doesn’t include dinner even though it says it includes star buffet meals. it will be an additional 299RMB. highly recommend getting foot massage and pedicure as the masseuse targets your pressure points! the guy I had was super thorough and would ask if my pedi was to my liking. sleeping is public and if you don’t like kids talking loudly, loud snoring, farts and sounds of Chinese douyin…then book a private room. For dinner buffet, make sure you go around 5:40pm to secure a table as it fills up fast and many mainlanders will push you or budge in front of you. if you call them out some of them will apologize 🙄 amenities are great but the makeup is unsanitary, as everyone uses the same brushes,mascara wand etc.

the buffet is awesome. the food is really good. I will highly recommend. the spa facilities are tremendous and so clean. the staff are so efficient. try the yoghurt and the strawberry tang Hulu.

the buffet spread is amazing. but services are chargeable. the massage therapist is very good! they will ask if u want to do more treatments but not pushy.

food, ambience, bathe, ushering service is definately 200%. must come and experience this!

Definitely a must try activity when you're in Guangzhou! There are staff everywhere that can help you with anything. Massages and other services are paid separately - definitely had one of the best massage ever. There are food and drinks in each floor, so you can snack anytime.
