- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes prior to departure to avoid delays.
- Lunch is not included. Please eat lunch on your own at Oshino Hakkai.
- The itinerary may be changed due to traffic or road conditions, which may delay arrival to your final destination.
- We are not liable for taxi or accommodation costs incurred due to delays on the return journey.
- Visits to facilities may be shortened or canceled due to weather or traffic congestion. Also, the stopping itinerary may differ depending on the vehicle number.
- Travel time may be shorter depending on traffic conditions.
- The price is the same for adults and children. Usage fees may apply for children under 2 years old depending on the facility (to be paid locally).
- If the waiting time for Narusawa Ice Cave exceeds 30 minutes due to congestion, we will proceed to Fugaku Wind Cave.
- Children under 100 cm tall and pregnant women are not allowed to enter Narusawa Ice Cave.
- Each customer can check one suitcase weighing no more than 30 kg into the bus trunk. The total depth, height, and width of each piece of luggage should not exceed 155 cm. Please do not leave valuables in the bus trunk. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage stored in the bus trunk.
- Please note that the Herb Garden Travel Diary Kawaguchiko Garden may be shortened or unavailable depending on road conditions on the day.
- An English/Chinese-speaking guide will be provided for groups of 10 or more international visitors. (For groups of 9 or fewer, staff will assist using translation apps.)
- Depending on the weather and growing conditions, the Shine Muscat picking may be changed to an all-you-can-eat plate of pre-picked Shine Muscat.
