    Very reasonable price to the destination. The communicate was a bit of late in term who is the driver would be, buy ultimately the drive showed up 5-10 minutes later. Will continue using this service whenever I can.

Luggage:

  • The standard luggage size is 24 inch. Luggage sizes bigger than 24 inch is equivalent to 2 pieces of luggage (e.g. one 28 inch luggage will amount to two pieces of 24 inch luggage)
  • Please note: The operator will double check if the passenger chose the right vehicle before they confirm a booking. It is highly recommended to book a larger vehicle model if the passenger is traveling with excess luggage

Child Seat:

  • Regardless of age, every child is considered a passenger. Please take this reminder into account when entering the number of passengers during booking (one child seat counts as a 1.5 adult)
  • In compliance with the law, children aged 0-12 are required to travel with child seats (chair or booster). The driver has the right to refuse service due to the lack of child seats

  • The vehicles shown in the pictures are for reference only. Specific car units may vary depending on its availability and factors such as passenger seating, luggage capacity, equipment, and mileage
  • Please indicate special luggage requests at checkout such as space allocation for sports equipment (skis, snowboards, etc.), wheelchairs, or when the sum of your luggage's dimensions is over 158cm
  • Food and drinks must not be consumed inside the vehicle
  • This is a one way transfer. Please make an additional booking if you require a round trip service
How To Use
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
  • The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified
  • The local operator will inform you the driver's contact number via SMS or email a day before the transfer day

Meet Up Location:

Arrival Service
  • After you claim your luggage, please meet your driver holding a name plate at the baggage claim exit
Departure Service
  • Your driver will greet you at the hotel lobby
Disneyland Transfer
  • Your driver will greet you at the parking lot

Surcharges:

  • Please note: The driver can only wait up to 1 hour from your arrival time and 15 minutes for departure transfers. An additional surcharge of EUR 40 per hour will apply for exceeding the driver's waiting time
  • An additional surcharge of EUR 10 will apply per stop en route and within the city
  • Surcharges must be paid in cash (EUR) directly to the driver
