- Reservations can be made from 1 person, and the minimum number of departures is 4. If the number of people is insufficient, we will contact you individually 2 days before departure and you'll get rescheduling or refund.
- Private tours are based on a basic 11-hour period, and if time is exceeded, 25,000 won/hour will be paid in cash to the on-site operator.
- Private tour departure and termination must be in Seoul. If you wish to depart and end in another location, please contact the supplier's customer service center and we will assist you with additional charges.
- Children under 36 months are free and there are no seat arrangements.
- The rail bike is for 4 people and the on-site driver will randomly assign seats.
- The schedule is for reference only. The tour end time may be extended depending on road conditions on the day.
- The driver will contact you the day before departure and contact you via Whatsapp/Wechat/KAKAO etc. Be sure to review your messages.
- To fairly protect the rights and interests of all passengers, we depart on time and do not individually contact or wait for customers before departure on the day. Please be sure to adhere to the meeting time. Please note that if you arrive late due to personal reasons, the tour cost will not be refunded.
