Every time I use Klook, I redeem at Zhuzhixiang. It's close by and very convenient. You can order online or by phone, and pickup is quick, usually around 10 minutes.

The food was so delicious, I forgot to take pictures. Luckily, Klook customer service helped me, so I could enjoy my meal with peace of mind.

It can be redeemed for $120, which is exactly the cost of a bento box. You can also exchange it for other items, but you'll have to pay the difference. It seems there's no limit to the number of vouchers you can redeem, but I'm not entirely sure. The steamed egg price has increased, so you can no longer directly exchange it for two.

we went on a weekend and thought there would be a queue, as we read about good reviews and having to queue for seats. When we arrived during peak hours on a weekend, there was no queue and the place was not packed to full house

The price for dining in has increased! It doesn't seem very worthwhile to purchase it with the high-speed rail ticket.
