一 Service Introduction 一 Vehicle Usage Time: 10 hours of vehicle use to and from Sapporo city area Departure Time & Departure Location: According to traveler’s needs Trip Distance: Total travel distance must be within 300 kilometers (route must be reasonable, without U-turns) Service Hours: 08:00-20:00 Driver Language: Driver will be arranged randomly from Chinese, Japanese, and English speakers, with priority given to Chinese-speaking drivers in principle Vehicle Type: Comfortable 5-seater (including infants and children) (Can accommodate 3 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Comfortable 7-seater (including infants and children) (Can accommodate 5 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Business 10-seater (including infants and children) (Can accommodate 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Coaster 18-seater (including infants and children) (Can accommodate 17 passengers + 10 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers Standard Luggage Size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload Risk: If you have a lot of luggage or oversized luggage, we recommend that you book a suitable vehicle type to be able to carry all your luggage. Passengers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to not following the recommended number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type. If the rental time exceeds the specified time range, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver, and please pay the driver in cash directly. 一 Important Notes 一

1. Child seats are not mandatory, but please reserve in advance if needed. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. A child seat occupies 1.5 person’s space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity, so please be sure to confirm in advance. An additional child seat will incur an additional fee of 2000 JPY/per seat/per day. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service.
2. The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours. The pick-up and drop-off points are both hotels or guesthouses in Sapporo city area (for pick-up and drop-off in different locations, the driver will be given time to drive without passengers or additional fees will be required depending on the actual situation). If the departure or end point is not in Sapporo, the service time is 8 hours. Service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange a reasonable departure time to fully enjoy the attractions.
3. Deadhead Fee: There may be a price difference for departures or ends in different locations. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after placing the order.
4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friends setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you in a timely manner).
5. After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication about the itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the car is used). Please pay attention and wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
6. An overtime fee/excess mileage fee will be charged if the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or travel distance.
7. A fee of JPY 300/per kilometer will be charged if the total distance exceeds 300 kilometers.
8. For customers with consecutive bookings who are staying in cities outside Sapporo, a driver accommodation subsidy is required: 8000 JPY during the regular season (April-June; September-November) and 10000 JPY during the peak season (July-August; December-March).
9. Overtime rentals due to traffic congestion will be charged an additional fee, regardless of natural causes or traffic control.
10. During peak tourist season in Hokkaido, there may be an additional price difference of JPY 10,000-30,000 (the specific amount will be confirmed with you by customer service after placing the order. If you have any objections before the order is confirmed, you can cancel the order). Please pay the driver in Japanese Yen cash on the spot. Thank you for your understanding.
