From the moment we landed, our butler was already waiting for us and guided us every step of the way. The buggy service was a huge plus, especially after a flight, and we didn’t have to line up at all. Everything—from immigration to baggage claim—was fast, seamless, and hassle-free thanks to the express lane. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. Amazing service! I was exhausted after a long flight and my butler was so kind and friendly. She helped me with my bags, took me to my private transport and even recommended places to visit. 100% recommend especially to solo travellers. The service is also very accommodating as my flight was delayed by 2 hours.

Before departure, you'll receive your concierge's information. The concierge will send a message notifying you of the meeting point before the plane lands. After the plane lands and you walk through the jet bridge, you'll see the concierge holding a sign at the entrance to the airport building. This will be followed by a warm greeting and being led to the fast-track lane. Just ahead of me in line was a family of four (2 adults and 2 children); each person needed to register fingerprints and a photo. The waiting line was indeed much shorter than the regular lanes. After passing through customs, the concierge will be waiting for you on the other side to complete your entry inspection. After confirmation, they will guide you to the exit location. Throughout the process, they will also ask if you have completed the electronic entry application, if you need to use the restroom, and if you have any checked baggage, etc. My personal experience (plane seat was near the front, arrival time was Wednesday morning at 10:10 am, no checked baggage) was that it took less than 20 minutes from arrival to passing through customs. The overall service flow was smooth, and the concierge was friendly and attentive.

This was my first time using this Meet & Greet service for my departure, and I was amazed at how fast and efficient it was. No waiting around! I want to give a shout-out to my butler, Miss Pornpisa, who was super friendly, helpful with my requests, and really polite. I'd totally ask for her service again next time if I can. This will be my go-to whenever I'm in Thailand.

We had a wonderful experience using the airport meet and greet service by Sawasdee Pass. We purchased the full service package, which included a butler service and buggy for 4 pax, and it was absolutely worth it. Piyada accompanied us and assisted us throughout the entire process until our private airport transfer car arrived. Her support was professional and attentive, especially for my elderly parents. The service was very user-friendly for seniors, and my parents were extremely happy and comfortable. Both Chalita and Piyada waited for us at the bridge and guided us through the fast-track service. Clearing immigration and customs took only about 10 minutes, which made the arrival experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Sawasdee Pass to anyone traveling with elderly family members or who values a seamless and efficient airport experience in Thailand. A truly thoughtful and reliable service.

My butler waited right outside the gate of my flight, immigration queue was mad long but i manage to get pass in 5 min with priority lane. Thanks to their service everything was so smooth and fast even pick my baggage’s for me. 10/10 will book their departure and arrival again when i come to bangkok

I used the service already before when entering Thailand and now I used it to leave Thailand to go home. Once again I come to this conclusion that even though any person is able to do this on his own (I.e to go through immigration), using this service is nothing less than amazing. The butler we have had this time (Teeranun) was extremely well prepared and knew the hour, gate, tax redemption at the airport very well (better than we did, lol) and the fast Track to immigration is perfect. Ideally you can also go shopping while your butler is waiting with the luggage. This service is amazing and I can only wholeheartedly recommend it!!
