Suncheon One Day Tour from Busan/Suncheon

Mason was such a great guide! He’s funny, easy to talk to, and made the whole day feel flow easily even with the long drive. Suncheon was beautiful. The wetlands and mountain viewe are amazing and I can’t believe more people don’t visit. It’s such an underrated spot in Korea. Thank you Mason for taking us to Suncheon!

We departed from Busan Station and went on a day trip to Suncheon. Since we were the only group that day, we were able to travel without any worries and it was a very good day. The guide was also careful in driving and was very considerate of us. It was a valuable time as he took us to the filming locations of the Suncheon drama that we wanted to see, Naganeupseong Folk Village, Suncheon Bay National Garden, Suncheon Bay Wetlands, and Songgwangsa Temple, one of the Sambo Temples of Korea. The drive was long, but the guide listened to our requests and we were able to spend the time without any inconvenience. If I have the opportunity, I would like to ask for a guide again.

Had an excellent experience joining this tour and strongly recommend if you wished to know more about Suncheon. very worthwhile, especially the places in the itinerary are inconvenient to visit without transport. Another factor contributiing to the experience is the dedicated and professional guide, Steven Larry. I've chosen pick up from Suncheon Station. That morning, Steven sent a message 2 hrs before reporting time to inform that he might be 10 mins late due to traffic condition from busan. I appreciated the timely update as it allowed me to plan my time to arrive at the meet up venue. Steven was fluent in multiple languages including English, Chinese, Korean, etc. and able to give a good introduction and detailed background on all the places we visited. He followed us throughout the tour and was really enthusiastic, making sure we covered all the best photo spots without missing out. He was also attentive in our request and go the extra mile to search for a restaurant for delicious cockles dinner before returning back. A side note, Steven is also a good photographer and offer help to take wonderful pictures during the tour. I've took a lot of memorable nice photos from the trip .

On September 12th, 9 of us from our travel club participated in the 9:00 AM Suncheon tour. Due to Klook's circumstances, it was delayed by an hour. There was no way to contact the driver directly; we had to communicate through Klook Korea, which made it difficult to get accurate contact information and caused us a lot of anxiety. We requested a Japanese-speaking guide, but we got a different driver. He, Steven (Korean), spoke broken Japanese and fluent English. He had a great personality and was very kind. He took us to a famous restaurant in Suncheon for lunch and also helped us communicate with the tourist information center. Suncheon has many attractions, including a World Heritage-listed wetland and the only 750-year-old village still in existence. I would like to visit again in the future with a smaller group. Klook's cost-performance is reasonable. However, we were very anxious about the lack of prior communication. I recommend installing KakaoTalk before applying.

I had a wonderful time thanks to Yong-su, who was so kind, helpful, and gave great guidance despite being so young. Thank you very much. I look forward to Yong-su's future success and will be cheering them on from Japan. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to request Yong-su's assistance again.

Our tour was a disaster from the beginning. Our tour guide (Steve-Larry) was late from the start. He keeps on making excuses for everything. When we got to the first place, he asked to skip lunch until next stop. Following stop he keep on rushing us, no time to see absolutely anything, then again asked to skip lunch. We finish the tour and no time was given to go eat. last location tour guide got there so late, that we do not have time to see anything. He ask us to meet him at certain spot and only bought a one way ticket. We were drop in a completely dark place ( no lights anywhere) because he didn't pay for the bus to take us back. He was nasty and unprofessional when confronted about the situation. It took about 20 minutes for him to reach us and was a disaster because last place was close already. He has took for people to open for us to get out. He told us that he would give us a refund in exchange for a 5 start good review. Oir experience was a horrible one and I do not recommend this tour with about mention tour guide.
