Freshly prepared seafood dishes are abundant, with many different kinds of fresh fish. They also have stir-fried eel, which is rare to see at buffets. Really delicious!

The made-to-order dishes include many options not typically found at other high-end buffets, and they all taste quite good. The downside is that the wait time for fish dishes is too long, and there aren't enough tongs for selecting ingredients.
A highlight is that you get a clip to place on the dishes of various freshly cooked dishes, and the staff will bring them to you. There are lobster, abalone, sea cucumber, oysters, various types of fish, steak, and lamb chops – really good! But the downside is that the desserts are lacking. People who don't like sweets can enjoy it a lot.
The fresh fish is cooked to order and delicious. However, the waiting time is too long, which takes 30 minutes. It is recommended to ask the service staff for a few more tongs so that you will not have nothing to eat during the waiting time.
The freshly cooked dishes are delicious. Recommend the crispy fried yellow croaker, pan-fried salmon, fried eel, grilled oysters and freshly fried steak.

The freshly prepared fish dishes are delicious, but the daily supply of fresh fish is limited. If you're too slow to grab some, you might miss out. Also, there are too few tongs for ordering; each person only gets one, which is quite inconvenient.
Restaurant ambiance: This is a well-known, established hotel in Tainan, so the dining environment is a bit older. The made-to-order fish dishes are absolutely delicious, and buying online meal vouchers is very cost-effective.
