Such an incredible experience. Henry, the guide was doing great job. He tried his best to give the explanation about the history of Terracotta army etc, which was astonishing. I was there the beginning of June. The weather was a little bit hot yet it was dry. A lot of tourists on the site. To get there from central Xian and to return was very easy. Taxi or Didi hailing was everywhere, even in Terracotta site’s entrance. Not necessary to hire an expensive driver to wait for you. Overall, it was a nice visit.

Henry is a funny & good guy, he had shared with us the detailed information of the Qin Shi Quang, Dynasry Qin & Terracota Army. 100% recommended!

Fortunately we listened to our guide Spring to start the tour early at 6am in order to arrive at the Museum by 7am, in order to avoid the crazy Labour Day crowds and traffic jams which we would have experienced had we started the day later. Spring was very knowledgeable, friendly and she tried very hard to get us to the best spots for photo taking. The driver was very good, and car was comfortable.

Drive come on time and drive smoothly. His has recommend some place and history of Xian. Hignly recommend this tour hassle free for traveling.

Henry is truly the best guide! The Klook instructions said the guide would wait for up to 5 minutes, and we arrived at the Terracotta Army 10 minutes late. We couldn't find the guide, so we thought we wouldn't be able to take the tour and went back to the hotel. While we were unable to contact the company because we couldn't make international calls, Henry waited for us for an hour and a half 😭 When we finally received a call from the company and arrived again, Henry greeted us with a warm smile and said it was okay. Thank you so much, Henry. Thanks to your interesting and excellent explanations, we were able to enjoy the Terracotta Army. You are truly the best tour guide I have ever met! 🥰🥰

It was a great experience. Unlike a normal museum, the ruins are still being excavated, so I wanted to enjoy the historical background and the situation from the time of excavation to the present, so I chose a private tour. I felt at ease because the meeting place and contact details were sent to me the day before. On the day, the driver was waiting at the meeting place before the time, and the driver drove carefully. Our guide, Emily, guided us humbly and carefully. I bought a book recommended by one of the excavators at the souvenir shop, got it signed by one of the excavators, and took a photo with him. The souvenirs were not pushy, and I was able to shop comfortably because they said I could have them if I wanted. After the tour, the shop staff brought them to the exit because it was too much luggage. It was very crowded, but the explanation was well-contained and they lent me headphones along the way so that I could hear the explanation easily. They also told me the best places to take photos. The travel time was long, but they told me a lot about other tourist spots and other things in the car. Thank you very much.

Henry was great with rich understanding of the history. speaks good English with Mandarin and this was perfect for us for our 2 person private tour. Don’t need to get the transfer from the city, a Didi (c. 15-20 USD) to the site to meet with him is very convenient.
