Luggage Information
- One item of hand luggage is allowed per person. Please check the size prior to traveling, as baggage that exceeds the maximum size will not be permitted on the bus
- Additional IDR15,000 per extra luggage bag is applied for Line 5 (Ubud area)
- Buses on these lines do not have a luggage compartment. Passengers can only store their belongings under the seat
Additional information
- Surfboards are not allowed on the bus
- Chlid discounts are not available for the Kura Kura Bus
- Children aged 0-2 may travel free of charge, as long as they do not require their own seats. If one parent has two children under two years old, only 1 child will be allowed to board the bus for free - the other one will be charged normal price. Please note that proof of age may be required
- Seating is not guaranteed with the use of this bus pass. Seat reservations are only available for the Ubud Line. Please kindly make your reservation on the official website
