There is no need to exchange the reserved QR code for a boarding ticket. You can board the train with just the QR code. You will be seated in a reserved car and seat. Tea and music were served. There is only one round trip on weekdays, so it's a shame that sightseeing time is limited.

A simple meal means one small piece of bread. The photo is a bit of an exaggeration. It was difficult to find a seat. All family travelers are excited and noisy. The skill of the person playing the instrument was great, but it got dark when we got off at the opposite station, so there was nothing to do, so everyone just stood there waiting. If I had known it would be like this, I would have gotten a more massage.
I paid for 2 tickets for a round trip. In the morning on the day of the trip I received a call from the operator's representative who explained in bad English that the return train for 13 hours had been canceled and there was only an earlier one. This did not fit into our plans and I asked to cancel the trip completely and make a refund. The operator agreed so we did not use the voucher. In the evening I received an email from Klook customer service asking me to confirm my cancellation of the return trip. I explained the situation, but Klook support referred to the operator and I was only refunded a small part of the money. It looks like a scam scheme on the part of the contractor, I don't recommend it.
Tickets purchased on-site only cost 49 yuan, 158,000 dong, but klook costs 75 yuan. How can it be so expensive? There are not many people, and there are many seats for on-site purchases. The entry fee is not included and you have to pay an additional 5,000. The experience was average. There was no good place to go when we arrived, only one temple. We found a coffee shop and sat there until it was time to leave on our way back.
The confirmation was very late. Sent it on the afternoon of the day we were supposed to go there. Eventually not able to go because of the heavy rain. Did included the No Show Cancellation but it was rejected because they said we claimed the voucher which we never did! So hard to communicates with the operator! Such a waste of money!
The reservation confirmation was late, I couldn't cancel, the seats weren't that good, and I didn't regret just going to the train station and canceling the reservation. They told me to write a review of at least 50 characters... I didn't like it for many reasons.
