Yulong River Scenic Area

• The Gentle Yulong River: Clear as a Mirror

The Yulong River is a tributary of the Li River within Yangshuo. Its waters are crystal clear, perfect for capturing picturesque landscape photos. Compared to the scenery of the Li River, the Yulong River offers a more gentle landscape, earning it the nickname "Little Li River." Bamboo rafting on the Yulong River is very popular, allowing visitors to leisurely appreciate the beautiful scenery of the surrounding mountains, rivers, and countryside.

Enjoy a relaxing bamboo raft ride on the Yulong River, surrounded by picturesque scenery on both banks. The piers include Jinlong Bridge, Yulong Bridge, Jiuxian, Jima, Shui'edi, Gongnong Bridge, and Wanjing. If you choose the upper section of the Yulong River for rafting (Jinlong Bridge to Jiuxian), the rafting duration is approximately 1.5 hours, passing by Yulong Bridge and Xiniutang along the way. The lower section of the rafting route (Chaoyang/Jima to Gongnong Bridge) is mostly frequented by tourists in tour groups.
