What to expect
Kayak Singapore's naturally fascinating waters with the company of passionate, good-humored guides, some of whom are Ubin natives with an intimate knowledge of the locale. Learn about the heritage of Palau Ubin as you paddle in pairs, enter the mangroves and glimpse kingfishers, eagles, hornbills and herons. You might also be lucky to sight an otter family or pink dolphin pod! Alternatively, an 8.27km journey through to the middle of the island will bestow you with scenic views of wetlands and waterways. The area is a beautiful corner of Singaporean wilderness that's rarely seen due to its relatively inaccessibility, thus making this a truly one-of-a-kind experience for the curious and adventurous.

Reviews
Such a lovely 4-hr trip to enjoy the quiet nature, paddling through the open sea then dive into the mangrove.Tony was an amazing and knowledgeable guide who took good care of the participants. The route is good for anyone with little to none kayak experience, but do get a hat and enough water.
This was such a different world from the glamour and glitz of Singapore city and a different pace of life! it reminded me of Singapore 50 years ago when I first visited! It was great to be out in nature and kayaking in peace and quiet. However, we would have preferred more chance to ‘mooch about’ and paddle slowly through the mangroves, rather than up and down the Johore Straits. We didn’t see much wildlife, it was more about the kayaking, and our guide did pointed out some interesting places and facts. We also went for a short walk to a temple in the forest. I enjoyed it and would recommend the experience. One piece of advice: wear a T-shirt with elbow-length or long-sleeves. I wore one with little ‘cap’ sleeves and got chafing under the arms where the lifejacket rubbed.
i went with two friends and we were lucky to have been the only ones in the group (like a private tour!). our guide was knowledgeable and engaging throughout the session.
The experience was great! From booking to checking in at the activity, the process was seamless and hassle free. The guides were friendly and experienced too, and they took care of the group very well in terms of safety. Would recommend this to everyone for a short and fun day trip away from Singapore!
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the kayaking session. It was an unconventional alternatives to explore Pulau Ubin. We felt quite relax led to kayak into the mangroves. The guide with us was very friendly and told us some trivia about the island and the kelongs around it.
It was a super unique and fun experience! The guide was very informative about the location and easy to talk to. Got to see some animals around too!
It was a really fun experience suitable for both locals and tourists. Really grateful for our guide AZ who was very friendly and took good care of our group by being mindful of everyone's energy level~
A unique and enjoyable way of exploring Ubin from the water. The tour guides did a wonderful job of ensuring safety, explaining the history of Ubin and pointing out various forms of wildlife along the route. Suitable for beginners and children.
Great and fun experience, highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique activity for couples/friends. Our guide Lye was very attentive and patient, who made our kayaking session a relaxing and enjoyable one.
Glad to have an NParks guide as our host, allowed us to take our own pace, explained the types and features of mangroves, paused to show different types of wildlife too. Overall an enjoyable experience to be close to nature!
