  • Disney·Pixar Toy Story Land will officially open at 1pm on 26 April 2018. Before the new land opens, guests with park admission for the day can enjoy the rest of Shanghai Disneyland, which will operate under normal hours
  • Don't miss the fireworks at 8:30pm each night! Check the daily event schedule when you arrive at the park for up-to-date activity times
  • You can redeem the Disney Fastpass with valid park admission tickets from the following locations: Fantasyland Guest Services, Adventure Isle Guest Services, Tomorrowland Guest Services
  • Disney Fastpass attractions are subject to change, please visit the official website for more details

  • Child ticket: Height between 100-140cm. Child ticket holders must be accompanied by an adult to enter the park
  • Important Notice: To ensure a smooth park entrance, guests are required to provide their Government ID/Travel document/passport information and prepaid ticket order when entering the park. Guests who reserve a single ticket or a number of park tickets are required to enter the park with rest of the ticket holders booked under their Government ID
  • One passport number can be used to purchase a maximum of 5 tickets,if you need more than 5 tickets, please make a separate booking with a different traveler's name and passport number
  • All travelers who booked together must enter the park together
  • Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan and foreign visitors must enter a passport number on the checkout page
How To Use
  • The lead traveler must present a valid passport at the entrance
  • Please show both adult and child passports at the entrance
  • All travelers need to enter the park at the same time
  • You must enter the attraction only on the date selected.
  • 2 day Tickets must be used on the specific day selected and the following day

  • Take Metro Line 11 to Disney Resort Station
  • By car or coach (parking facilities available)
  • Take Pudong Bus Line 50/51/52 to Shanghai Disney Resort South Transport Hub and from there you can walk to Shanghai Disneyland, Disneytown, Wishing Star Park, or hop aboard a Disney Resort Shuttle to the Resort hotels
Cancelation Policy
  • Once confirmed, no cancelations may be made
  • If you wish to reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance
  • Please note: Date rescheduling is applied to the same type of ticket and can only be made once
  • The presale period of Shanghai Disneyland Resort ticket is 28 days. Rescheduling must be applied to a date within this presale period

    Great way to efficiently enter Disneyland Resort. It really is different if you go there on a weekday as the visitors quadrupled when we went back on a weekend. Must see place for the kids and kids at heart.

    Great place. My kid and I love it but waiting time for rides are long. Basically 50% of time wasted in waiting, yet the rides are all short ride. Example, picture with Spider-Man/Mickey/goofy/etc took 30minutes waiting time each. 2days is enough. If planned properly, it should be able to cover all in 1day. Download the Disneyland app for map as they do not have English map and customer service barely speak English. Redemption of ticket was very easy. All you have to do is show them your passport and they will give you the ticket in door entrance, no need to even go to ticket counter.

    Went in early January 2019. Park is very empty, NO queues (literally 0-5 mins). Despite that, the park is HUGE and we took 3 days to complete all points of interest. Stayed at the Disneyland Hotel (5-stars) and Toy Story Hotel (budget), highly recommend Disneyland Hotel. Connected Disneytown is also huge.

    When you take the voucher to the entrance, the attendant checks the passport of the representative. And it can be issued as it is, and it is very simple. Cheaper than other sites, I could buy a ticket.
