Busan Private tour with an official tour guide

We book a private custom tour, and it was the best plan ever. Irene our guide was awesome, she was in contact with me 1 week prior to get an idea of what we wanted to do, she put it together and we loved it. We had such a good time we booked her a second day! Great guide, but avoid public holidays! We had a wonderful day exploring Busan with Grace! She was right on time and incredibly helpful. We had done some cultural research beforehand, so we loved hearing her overview of Busan's history and her personal stories of growing up in the area. Because we visited during a public holiday, heavy traffic and long queues meant we had to skip Dongbaek Island. A tip for future travelers: avoid public holidays if possible! Traffic will slow you down, and the company charges extra fees for going over the 8-hour limit. Highly recommend Grace as a guide!

We are a group of 6 people, and asked to be picked up at our hotel. Irene and the driver greeted us graciously and patiently at the hotel entrance (my group had old people so we were often late). But Irene was very patient with us and also very flexible with the itinerary! She's a native to Busan, so she knew a lot about the history and hidden good food spots. We went to the Haedong Yonggungsa temple, Gamcheon Culture Village, and other places. She knew the best photo spots and always offered to take our family photos. Later in the day, we ended up at a cafe overlooking the entire Busan, enjoying the sunset. Our trip was fulfilling, relaxing and private- would definitely get her again if we go to Gyeongju!

This is one day tour that I'm happy to book with Irene as our guide. Visited so many attractions in Busan within a day, including having a fun time doing the Luge rides. All thanks to Irene who is friendly, cheerful and can converse well in Chinese. First time visiting Busan and won't be the last.

He could speak good English as well and flexible diring the trip to modify the itnerary depending on our choices as we travelled with teenagers. overall an awesome and fun-filled trip in Busan 👍🏻

We took a private car tour in Busan on August 16th, and our guide, Irene, was extremely professional and thoughtful, making the trip very enjoyable. Not only is her Chinese fluent, but she also meticulously introduced the unique features of each attraction, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of Busan. The itinerary was well-planned and not rushed at all. She took photos for us at each stop and flexibly adjusted according to our needs. We had lunch at a seafood restaurant, where the food was very fresh. Afterwards, we visited the Cheongsapo Observatory, Gamcheon Culture Village, and Songdo Cable Car, each stop as beautiful as a postcard. Irene also took us to Hwangnyeongsan Observatory to admire the panoramic view of Busan, the sunset, and the night view. Finally, we enjoyed coffee at a mountaintop cafe while watching the night view, which was a perfect ending. Overall, we found the trip to be both relaxing and fulfilling. Irene's professionalism and enthusiasm left us with a very positive impression of Busan. Number 1 reason that we booked this tour is because of the price and convenience. We are a group of 2 families with children and teens. After booking the tour, Irene contacted me to via WhatsApp and we discussed where we wanted to visit. She is also our tour guide. She can speak both mandarin and English. We were not rushed in all destinations and she took care of us. We got a mixture of places where everyone is happy to visit, from temple to beach, to capsule ride and X tower and Gamcheon village...We did a 2 hour Luge ride and zipline too!
